The room was in good condition with a comfy bed. The toiletries had run out in the room though, which was a bit annoying. The hotel told us that the only way of getting to the Tren Maya station in the morning was a €30USD taxi, when we could have walked back across to the airport terminals to take a free shuttle. I thought this was a bit misleading, and I would expect better from Hilton Hotels.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable and fell far below the standard of service and cleanliness that I expected. From the beginning of my stay, staff support was severely lacking. Multiple staff members were unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful when I requested assistance. Despite calling the front desk several times and physically going downstairs, many of my concerns were either ignored or promised assistance that never arrived. The condition of the hotel and my room was extremely disappointing. The room appeared outdated, with dirty walls, unclean sheets, and dirty towels. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and overall hygiene throughout the property was poor. The elevator floor was consistently wet, creating an unsafe environment, and there was a foul odor present in the lobby. The room temperature was another major issue. The room was freezing cold, the air conditioning had only one setting, and despite requesting a blanket, staff refused to provide one. I contacted the front desk multiple times regarding the A/C issue, yet no one came to address it. Additional concerns included: • The pool being visibly dirty with bugs inside • Room service being unreachable, with no return calls after multiple attempts • Being unable to place a food order while the dining area was at full capacity Overall, this stay was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. I did not enjoy my stay

Nice room with good linens but the floor hadn’t been swept. There was 1 coffee pouch which made 1 cup of coffee and we had registered as 2. One teabag Went to the front desk to ask for another and was refused. Very nice pool area. The restaurant was out of half the menu items at 6 at bought and didn’t advise us until we tried to order and it wasn’t busy.

The room was very nice. The staff was very courteous after stressful travel. The easy access to terminal 3 makes it an easy walk if you do not care to take the shuttle. The breakfast was so overpriced and underwhelming they make McDonald's shine. A waste of $60.

The hotel is mediocre for the cost. Check-in was very slow, we felt like an inconvience and there was no information about hotel amenities. Another guest was very upset and yelling at the staff throughout our check-in, which further created anxiety in my group. The beds were very uncomfortable, and no one helped with luggage after we walked from our terminal to the hotel that was supposed to be in the airport. Overall, I hoped for a level of service in line with the cost, especially after travelling 17 hours. The room service at 9 pm was exceptional, and we appreciated the quick and fresh delivery. I would not stay here again as I paid for convenience, and it was worse than just taking a taxi to another hotel.
