The room was nowhere as depicted in the photos shown. It was the absolute worst hotel stay that I have ever had in my life. Breakfast was listed as included, however, apparently the location for breakfast was offsite, I would not know as I could not leave the place fast enough. The description listed as having a bar - not the case. A truly horrible experience

Definitivamente esos lugares donde hay expectativa y realidad... desde que llegamos no tomaron en cuenta las habitaciones que solicitamos y nos querian dar solo 1 habitacion con literas y horrible a los alrededores gente tomando y musica a mucho volumen en la banqueta y el de recepcion no quiso hacer nada... al pedir cancelar nos enviaron a otro hotel de ellos a una cuadra y ahi si mas o menos se parecian las fotos y nos hiciero pagar otra habitacion por que por error no habia visto que estaban pagadas dos y al mostrarles comprobante. Ya no quicieron reembolsar

Personale scortese. Pavimento sporco. Lenzuola sporche e dopo averle fatte sostituire le seconde erano anche peggio. Bagno sporco. La doccia non funzionava. Siamo rimasti 1 ora e poi siamo scappati. Nei corridoi il personale urlava e litigava. Il peggiore hotel che abbia visto

Lo que no me gustó es que no hay estacionamiento dentro del hotel..ya que el carro lo tuvimos que dejar afuera.en la callé.. otro aspecto que no me gustó fue que el sanitario olía muy muy pero muy mal..estaba limpio siii..pero salía un horrible olor por el drenaje del lavamanos..sin embargo nos agrado el trato en la recepción.muy atentos y cordiales.. habitación limpia..
