Clean property, friendly staff, accessibility, great music. Food was very delicious especially the VIP breakfast. The only complaint is the restaurant variety, it’s a small selection. Also, the shuttle for the beach, they should run two at the same time since it only fits 20 people at a time and the wait is 15 mins . Inclusively, some of the daytime activities are limited to reservation which QUICKLY fill up and it’s for a small group about 10-15 people. I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t open the serenity bar on certain days (only 2 days out of the week) Overall I give it a 7/10.

The resort and staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. I also really enjoyed the food. Only thing that I wish could have been better is having a heated pool or jacuzzi, that would have been a great addition! It was mostly cloudy and rainy on my trip and that would have made it possible to still be in the water. The water was freezing even though it was warm and humid. Also the beach club was nice but the water wasn’t blue and seemed contaminated, so I didn’t get in. Overall it was everything that I needed. It’s more of relaxing wellness vibe. I enjoyed my massages and yoga exercises. I would recommend.

This place has the worst check-in staff , no one told me about the VIP and a few other perks of having a VIP ROOM. Also the rooms are mediocre for a suite. Not even a tub. I dirtied the sheets with my make and they didn’t bother to change if. They don’t offer top quality licor. Needless to say that I will not be coming back.

Great food and beverage services, great quality on both. Even though the property still seems under construction, it is barely noticeable and the pool was great. Vantage club services are great and worth the upgrade. They also have a beach club which is also very nice with the same quality in food, drinks and service. Overall a very pleasant experience!

The staff were exceptional! They were all warm and inviting! I absolutely loved the stay here. I felt completely safe here. The pools are big and beautiful. Food and drinks all were good! I will definitely stay here again.
