Beautiful hotel & beach club. We stayed at breathless a couple nights before which we also loved, but Hyatt Vivid is less of a party scene and a little fancier appearing. Recommend joining advantage club for rooftop pool access, top shelf liquor and private lounge/concierge + added discounts. We had a great stay the staff was very nice and accommodating to food restrictions/allergies.

The pool was a lot of fun, and our golf-view room made the stay even more enjoyable. The resort organized activities by the pool, including DJ parties, and there were plenty of activities—so there was never a dull moment.

The room was really clean and perfect, the staff so nice, the breakfast and lunch buffet perfect, The only issue was that , it is not a dinner buffet and there are 6 restaurants that you should book and eat. I tried them, the food of Italian and Mediterranean was not good at all, Japanese restaurants was really good. The hotel was really clean, infinitely pool was nice and clean

Dear Guest Relations Manager, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island in Cancun from [insert dates]. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the standards expected from a Hyatt property. The quality of the food was consistently below expectations, lacking freshness, variety, and proper presentation. Additionally, the level of service throughout the resort was disappointing. Staff responsiveness was poor, and several requests were either delayed excessively or not addressed at all. One of the most frustrating incidents involved the steak restaurant. From the beginning of our stay, we specifically requested a reservation and were informed that the restaurant would be open and that we could book it for Saturday evening. However, when Saturday arrived, we were told the restaurant was closed. We were previously informed that it would only be closed on Monday — not Saturday. We then asked to be accommodated on Sunday instead, and were told that arrangements would be made for us. However, when we checked the app, it again showed the restaurant as closed on Sunday. Surprisingly, due to our late checkout, we were still at the resort on Sunday and personally saw that the steak restaurant was in fact open and operating that evening. This situation left us feeling misled and extremely disappointed. We were clearly given inaccurate information multiple times, which prevented us from experiencing one of the main

The wait staff was very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Our room was fine but the mini bar and coffee station needed to be restocked better. Check in was disappointing. We paid extra for Vantage club and would have liked more accommodations with that. Most of the bars didn't have draft beer. Overall the food, service, and amenities were good but not great.

Our anniversary stay at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island Resort exceeded every expectation and truly delivered the relaxing, luxury getaway we were hoping for. From the moment we arrived, the Vantage Club experience stood out — personalized check-in, attentive service, beautiful exclusive spaces, and staff who consistently anticipated our needs before we even asked. The elevated level of hospitality made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. A special thank you to Oscar, one of the bellmen, whose wonderful service made a lasting impression. From our warm welcome at check-in, to his friendly assistance throughout our stay, and his thoughtful help at checkout, Oscar consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and enjoyable. Our room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping maintained it flawlessly each day, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy the stunning resort atmosphere. Waking up to peaceful views, enjoying coffee on the balcony, and ending evenings in such a serene space made the trip feel extra special. Dining throughout the resort was excellent overall. Nearly every restaurant offered delicious meals, creative presentations, and wonderful service. The only exception during our visit was the Mediterranean restaurant; however, what impressed us most was how seriously leadership took guest feedback. This was our second stay with this property and we will continue to come back in the future. The check-in process was even more pleasant this time as we gained access to the Vantage Club due to my Expedia Gold status. We were also given a free bottle of wine and access to the rooftop bar / pool for Vantage Club member. The rooms are always clean and modern. The double head in the showers and sink in the bathroom is always great. The amenities, food quality and drink accessibility is great with the property. We felt the variety of activities lacked a bit on the second time visiting and the room service was only provided via calling from the room instead of ordering on the hotel app like it used to be. Nonetheless, we love this property and the staff and we will be returning next year.

Just returned, the staff was amazing, attentive, and went beyond every expectation. So much to do, or you can do nothing at all. Every restaurant was perfect. Wouldn't change a thing!

Great Rooftop infinity pool, the scenary up there is unheard of, feels like you're in Asia and Beach Club gorgeous clear blue water and amazing food.
