Had horrible experiences at Moon palace (stayed at Nizuc) and wouldnt recommend this place at all for so many reasons. 1) Their check-in process is very slow and takes forever and it doesnt end there. They scueduled us for tour at The Gand but turns out it’s a trap to sell their membership which cost 110k and waster more than 2 hours 2) They have very limited good food options for buffet and most of the food is stale and felt like it was prepared a day advance or at night and kept at very low temp. Some of the guys at live counter (ex: pasta, omelette, taco) dont know how to cook and seems like stepping into the kitchen for the very first time. 3) Since they have more so called luxurious building The Grand, they treat guests from other building as second class citizens. 4) Got daypass for The Grand since kid wanted to enjoy waterpark and after reaching there found out most of the slides were closed for maintenance. 5) Golf cart takes forever to come and you will waste significant time during your stay to just go from one place to another 6) Food was very spice and my kid could hardly eat anything and infact we coudlnt eat some of the food I will never ever go to any of the palace resort properties anywhere in the world

I enjoyed my stay at this property, very family friendly, staff were amazing going above and beyond specially Marcela at the lobby bar and Gaspar at the pool. Food was delicious, beverages good quality as well. I did not like the people trying to sell the resort benefits-plans. We attended a presentation and we said not first thing but they were very persistent and kind of harassing us to buy their plans. We met with three people for 2 hours when they told me it was just a 90 minutes presentation. One of the ladies her name is Ross was very disrespectful making comments about my ethnicity and got upset because we said we were not interested in buying the resort membership. I didn’t like how they harassed you to buy membership and how rude they are with costumers.

Ellos hacen lo que quieren, reserve en sunrise y me mandaron nizuc, mal servicio me hicieron caras, Refri no sirvió como 2 días, gaste en mis vacaciones para quedarme en un área y me mandaron a la que ellos quisieron sabiendo que en el app donde se anuncian está dividido en dos, si hubiese querido quedarme en nizuc así lo hubiera hecho desde un principio
