This was our first time at an all inclusive with our boys, age 9 and 11. The experience could not have gone better. There were a lot of activities, pool was awesome, service staff was outstanding. We loved the nightly entertainment, and the food was great. Cornelio at Los Caporales went out of his way to make us a special dessert on our last night. Negatives- beach had a lot of seaweed, though they tried to keep it clean. We loved the pool, so this did not affect us. Also, the sales pitch at the beginning to look at another part of the resort went on too long- we had to say "no" too many times, the guy was pushy and didn't let it go. But, other than that, an absolutely perfect trip. Will definitely be back!

Overall enjoyed it. Many options to eat, the room we were in needed some attention. Bottom gap of the front door of our room was about half an inch and bugs came in. We had to use towels to block the opening at night.

Our third stay. We stayed the first two times at the Grand and the third time at Sunrise. We definitely prefer The Grand but overall had a great time. Our only complaint was the loudness of JC Steakhouse and the number of kids at 9PM! Additionally, our order took forever to arrive and my mom’s steak was under cooked. Trattoria and the golf course dining experience were out of this world. Service was amazing, transportation between properties was efficient, the dining was exquisite! I can’t wait to visit the other Palace resorts in Punta Cana and Jamaica!

We have 2 kids ages 7 and 8 and there was so much to do here. They could easily navigate their way around. From start to finish this place was fantastic. The arcade, wave rider and all the kids events were great. The spa is fantastic- I used resort credits for a mani, pedi and hair braiding. Food was awesome! Lots of selection for even a picky eater.

Great hospitality..amazing food..load of fun

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Moon palace. This resort has a lot to offer for adults and children of all ages. Big pools, pool side bars, food, kids pool, play room, full spa … list goes on and on. Staff was super friendly, welcoming and really taking care of all the guests. great food options - more than what you can eat buffet and bunch of fine cuisines. Can’t wait to go to one of palace group resorts around the would again!

This was my first Moon palace visit. I started with Sunrise then upgraded to Grand. They offer good packages for membership. U can also decline and receive vouchers for cheaper prices in future bookings. The sunrise had very big nice pools and lots of activities. There is a kids pool in the corner. Food service is available all around. There is some walking though from buildings to loby. They have excellent golf cart service at Grand between water park n lobby. Other golf carts are also available almost every 5 to 10 mins. The rooms are excellent. The grand room is very nice n all quartz with nicer expensive equipment. Booking dinner reservations at restaurants was a bit difficult. Almost every time i was on a waiting list. Food was excellent. So many choices. So many activites to do with kids. Water park n playroom is a hit with kids. We loved the hotel.
