Beautiful property, rooms were clean and well maintained. We came with our son’s family, property is geared for a younger crowd. A little too much walking to the various restaurants for us! Good choices of food. People were swimming in the ocean, but the beach and water were full of Sargasso, very uninviting! The pool is beautiful, huge and very clean!

The beach is not clean.. seaweed everywhere. Water is not clean, did not get in the beach because of it. And too many private events that didn’t make the stay feel welcoming.

Las habitaciones necesitan mucho mantenimiento además de una limpieza buena, huelen mal, había cucarachas, los espejos sucios, los vidrios de los balcones súper sucios, mucha basura en los balcones. Los minibars sucios había sodas abiertas aguas a medias 😔 Además no son las habitaciones que expedía muestra, son habitaciones en mal estado lo que nos dan llegando al hotel.

Everything was amazing. The only thing is that it’s hard to get a hold of that hotel. We missed our flight, and I wanted to call them to let them know we were still coming, but the next morning, no one picked up. I called multiple times at different hours, but there was no answer. When we got there, they said they gave someone our room and that they had booked it out. We had to go somewhere, but after a lot of back and forth, they gave us the room.

Took a solo trip for the first time since my husband passed away, not to mention it was my birthday. From the minute I walked in the resort I was treated like a superstar. I advised the hotel staff it was my birthday the next day. To my surprise I received an upgraded room. Too much room for 1 person. (Also received a bottle of wine and a piece of cake the next day.) Tony met me and immediately took my bags to my room. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The property is larger than I expected. Peacocks walk the property like humans along with Ramon the property cat. Dinner was amazing at Dos Lunas!!! Breakfast was good, the buffet needs work everything was cold. Overall I had an amazing time. I’ll return soon.

El hotel es muy hermoso, pero hay algunos trabajadores , con muy mala cara y mala atención, no todos , pero a comparación de otros hoteles les falta mejorar en eso
