Everything was good for the most part. Our room had a few issues, sliding door to our balcony did not open easily, came off the rails and almost fell on us… They did fix it quickly. We had to ask multiple times for our mini-bar in the room to be filled, mainly just wanting bottled water which was hard to find. The main building itself was under construction so that made it look not so great pulling up to the resort. Also most decent restaurants are reservation only and we got denied to just about every restaurant.

By far the worse experience. The employees are not knowledge on what their new updates services are. They removes restaurants from the all inclusive and have extremely limited no availability for the VIP restaurants for consumers. When asked if we can reserve with time they say no and once in the facility then it’s now availability unless you are there for more than two weeks. The staff will curse you out if you don’t give them the tip personally. Some other staff don’t even acknowledge your presence and or continue talking about personal things in front of you.

Staf very rude, not helpful. Very bad experience at check-in didn’t explain anything about the property didn’t welcome correctly. Need a lot of training rooms are very very old and duty facility is very old. Everything is just terrible. Restaurants are very cheap and poor would not recommend to anybody this hotel

It’s not bad but it’s not good either. Service is sub par. Food is sub par. We couldn’t reserve any restaurants. We had to stand in line for everything and it wasn’t even peak season. I would hate to come here in peak season. In short, I wouldn’t stay here again. But for the price, it’s not a bad place to be, I have stayed in worse. On the plus side, there is a casino and alcohol everywhere (bottom shelf stuff though).
