Overall, the experience was amazing! Even though there was only one pool, it was huge and never felt over-crowded except on the weekend. There was plenty of areas to sit in the shade. The beach was close but required a bit of stairs. There was plenty of food options during the day around the pool in addition to the many restaurant options. There was something for everyone and too many places to visit, so make your dinner choices wisely lol The buffet was amazing every day! The condition of the room was clean and well air conditioned but you could tell that the finishes were a little older. The soundproofing was poor, so you could hear the music from the downstairs casino, the evening party area and the many peacocks. There was still a ton of ambiance and the hotel plants were next level, which is what we chose this location for. There was also a nightly performance in the atrium which was super cool. It did not disappoint!

The Pyramid Oasis was fun. We’ve stayed for 4 days and were happy with everything they had to offer. The Beach Club for Adults was a great time, bartenders worked quickly to keep everyone happy and drinks full. Our favorite restaurant was the Miramar, they have a decent variety of choices to choose from. The crew working there are great ! A few issues when we arrived, our key card wasn’t working to enter our room so the walk back to the lobby was a little annoying, bathroom toilet wasn’t flushing and took the next day for someone to come and fix it. Overall we had a great time, easy access to the beach, property was super clean. Definitely a place I would come back.

Everything at this hotel was wonderful the property was always clean and the food was always delicious. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. I would stay here multiple times. The pool areas are great so many chairs and different pools to use.

Sister's Weekend Spot

Weather was wonderful. Service was perfect. Everyone was super friendly, and helpful. We arrived around 1pm and were promptly checked in and given our room. Staff all of the resort was helpful and so nice. Diane and Maria at the spas where 100% the best part of our trip. Both took great care of us and made sure we really relaxed and enjoyed our time. I can not sing their praises enough. So remodeling was taken place, so and very rare occasions we ran into spots that had a heavy paint smell. But nothing that was terrible or for very long. View was amazing.

A little outdated but The room was spacious and clean. The AC made some noice which gets louder when the fan is turned low. It gets cold at night the blanket was thin so I used the beach towel for cover. Over all I enjoyed my stay.

Place is a disaster, service is terrible from The moment you enter nobody greeds you good .then to top it off only 1 person available to check you in . The restaurant terrible we were a big family and everything is thru an app which only allowed 4 . But that ap never worked. Cups in the rooms werw never cleaned . Room was soo dusty. That are beach waves are soo strong. Never had mojitos w natural juices . Definitely not recommend for families

We had two separate rooms. The first room smelled like varnish or paint because they were doing updates. Our second room was wonderful with a great view of the ocean except we couldn’t get service for our mini bar trying to get soft drinks or extra towels for the beach were nonexistent. We had a cabana Five days while we were there. The last day we paid for was not relaxing whatsoever because they were rocking the wall with a lot of banging on rocks, I asked to get our money back for the one night, but they said that they would not do that. We will not be going back there.
