The “resort credits” were also misleading in value, as they can only be used on a very small selection of snacks and beer at Joe Merchant’s, making them basically useless.
Service and atmosphere weren’t the same either.
While the restaurant wait staff were friendly and did their best, many other staff members felt unwelcoming and unhappy to be there, which really affected the overall vibe. Despite the front desk insisting it was a “busy” period, the resort felt empty and lifeless, with limited daytime activities and almost no meaningful evening entertainment.
