Very nice stay, staff was very friendly, specially Carlos at reception, room was good size and clean, dining was good. Would be nice to have more variety of nuts and berries in the morning. Pool with bar was not cleaned every day and people were smoking around the pool, which is not acceptable. Overall very good stay!

The resort overall is nice and clean. The beach just has too many seaweeds, but at least it is not muddy sand. The sand is very nice. The pools are big, but too much sand at the bottom of the pools, which I think the resort needs to clean more frequently. Also, the check-in progress is so slow

We had a truly relaxing and memorable 6-night stay. The resort is a beautiful paradise, perfect for both couples and families. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly hospitable and attentive. We originally booked a Garden View room with two queen beds, but were delighted to be upgraded to a Junior Suite with a king-size bed and a breathtaking ocean view complete with a bottle of wine waiting for us! The resort offers a great variety of all-inclusive restaurants, with diverse cuisine options and an impressive selection of beverages. There are plenty of activities scheduled daily, making it easy to stay entertained throughout the stay. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and designed for comfort and convenience. While our experience was overall excellent, there were a few minor drawbacks. During our visit, the beach had quite a bit of seaweed along the shore, which made swimming in the ocean less appealing. There were also renovations happening in the room next to ours, and at times we could smell fresh paint. Additionally, we had repeated issues with our room key cards not working, requiring multiple trips to the front desk to get them reset. Despite these small inconveniences, the positives far outweighed the negatives. The atmosphere, service, and amenities met and even exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back and happily recommend it to others looking for a great getaway.

The resort is gorgeous. The staff makes everything so easy. The website allows for daily activities and reservations accessible at your fingertips. The room is lovely with a balcony and ocean view even though the list g said garden view. The ocean is beyond the garden! The restaurants and buffet offer a huge variety. Mikes coffee shop is the best!!

Beautiful clean hotel with excellent service. The pools are pristine and privilege service gives you a wonderful Butler. I have had Carlos/Charly as a Butler several times. He is wonderful always checks on me to see if I need everything. He made all my dinner reservations. Charly is an excellent Butler. I have been at this hotel 10 times and plan to return.

overall i’d say this was an amazing place to stay. if you have kids this would be a great option. all the staff are very kid friendly. matteo from the bar upstairs and downstairs by the pool was very polite and memorized my name and my sisters name. he always checked in on us and was very helpful in giving us options where we can spend our time. he was always smiling. Marcus was always cheerful and kind and inviting as well. the staff team were always making sure the lawn and property were always looking clean and fresh.

Excellent service from Antonio, Alexander and Louis at the pool along with franky the bartender. Our waiter Antonio at the Buffett was fun. Overall the stay was excellent.
