Our 2nd trip to this resort. The beach is smooth but the rain kicked up the seaweed from the previous week so we mostly stayed by the pool, except for daily walks. Pools were clean with plenty of chairs and poolside service. Many options to choose. Plenty of entertainment at the swim up bar pool but we chose the quieter one. Made many friends. All staff was very friendly. We dislike the constant push to upgrade or buy a membership. They need to tone that down. A great place we would return to.

The staff was so welcoming from the minute we got there to the minute we left. No complaints in terms of food at all. Everything was absolutely excellent. The space was big and it was a 10/10 experience. Gustavo & Sergio at the bar were pretty great too lol.

This was my second time at this resort. Decent price, great buffet, beautiful grounds and room, and nice staff. It was perfect for my parent's first trip to Mexico because the resort is fairly small. My suggestions: upgrade the beach hammocks and add some beach beds. My complaint: the beach and ocean were SO weedy on this trip. I know the resort can't control that but I've never run into that problem before in Mexico. I recommend this resort and would stay again!

This resort offers a WIDE range of activities/ music. One only matter is reservations for the restaurants. Hard to book. Maybe the buffet should offer a section from each restaurant

Liked the daily entertainment, drinks were good, beds were very comfortable, resort was pretty and enjoyed the nature and wildlife. What we didn't like the most was the hot water issue. We didnt have hot water for 3 days and I had maintenance up to fixed the issue on 2 seperate occasions. Although they have many restaurants breakfast is pretty much the buffet, which was nothing special. The schedules for other restaurants were justnot very accommodating. They have 4 restaurants that are reservations only and they can be difficult to get as privileged guist have first dibs. Didn't find any food exceptional.some was good others just ok. Have to add the staff are wonderful and friendly. Always enjoyed our days at the swim up bar. One other plus, your bracelet is your room key. Very convenient.

we truly enjoyed pur time here. Our room was great and the staff all were so friendly and helpful. The resort offered a variety of activities and shows that were all great! The pools were nice and the drinks were yummy! We look forward to another vacation here in the future!

This was a beautiful property with lots of outside space. Service was great in some areas and poor in others. Not consistent. The a la carte restaurants we always booked ar 8am and when you did get in, portions were small and they always tried to upsell a $100usd bottle of wine. Beach was well maintained and drinks flowed freely. I would say it is a 4/5. Not much to do there though.

We recently stayed at Ocean Coral and Turquesa and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory; would have gave no stars. The reservation was made through Expedia and we have booked all the rooms with double beds. Upon checking in at the resort, we all got single bed rooms and didn’t confirm or tell us while giving us our bands. We had wait again for our to get rooms as per our reservations which took another 45 mins. The buffet food quality was quite poor, and there were numerous instances of cross-contamination, making it a concerning choice for those with food allergies. Not much options for vegetarians when there is cross contamination and the staff is not even making any effort to check on that in buffet area. The restaurant reservation system was frustrating, allowing reservations only for the same day, which made planning difficult and resulted in limited dining options. The staff’s lack of friendliness and failure to greet guests left a negative impression. There were no activities for us to do. Additionally, the rooms were very old and in dire need of renovation, which detracted from the overall comfort of our stay. Overall, this resort did not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive experience and I would not recommend it.
