This is a beautiful beach front property. I have been going to Cancun for years and this hotels has gone to the top as one of the best. Most important the staff makes you feel very welcome and they go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. From beginning to end they provided a top notch experience. Special thanks to Katia (great customer service), she truly went the extra mile to accommodate  our needs and take our experience to the next level. And to Javier (chef at Villa Marina - GREAT Surf and turf) for such a great experience. NOTE: I highly recommend the Mayan dinner.

I really enjoyed: - the variety of activities/entertainment throughout the day… great staff as well; - the quality and variety of restaurants. I didn’t like: - the lobby areas are super hot; - the beach needs more regular cleaning (we collected quite a big amount of trash during our walks but not necessarily in the property area but very close); - the room had a weird smell, like mold. It’d also be great if the package includes transportation from/to the airport

The property was lovely. Everything was easily accessible. The grounds were well maintained and our room was great. The privilege lounge was a nice plus as it was close to the pool and beach so lunch was a quick walk. My main complaint was the Wi-Fi, very unreliable in our room.

The food is good, the staff on the property are friendly and great but our experience with the front desk was frustrating . We were a group of 17 and had a total of 8 rooms. 3 rooms were musty smelling and had water that leaked from the shower area into hallway. We requested room changes, which the hotel was willing to do but the process took forever. They need more front desk staff. Every move took over an hour to complete. Lots of waiting in line just to get a new key. Also experienced several times where there would be no water in the shower. None at all.

Typical all inclusive. Room was very large and balcony was nice but needed a ceiling fan to enjoy sitting out there. Food was good overall, but making reservations for dinner each night seemed like a lot. Took awhile to check in for dinner at the restaurant. Staff was ok overall, but Marisela, the cocktail server by the pool was excellent!
