Beware of the SPA, was charged USD $1900 instead of $1900 pesos, twice for a total of USD $3,800, The Spa refused to issue a refund on the spot, unnecessary headache on vacations. The service at the restaurants and bars was top notch, the entertainment at one of the pools was fun. The food was very good and vast selection at the buffet. The lady at the coffee shop was amazing. The beach had a lot of seaweed, not the turquoise blue ocean I was expecting, not enough beach chairs, was not able to score one the entire week, they are all gone before 8am. The teen club is not open, not much to do for the older kids, great for the little ones. The beds were comfy and the mini bar restoke daily with the basics

The staff was so attentive to our every need! We went for a friend's birthday and they left a delicious cake in the room on the morning of! We went on an excursion and were not going to make our dinner reservations and they have a concierge group text. I text the group and they changed my reservation to a later time. This is the second time I go there and I will definitely continue going.

We have stayed at this resort 4 times now and enjoyed it every time ,dont really like to have to cary my phone to scan the QR code to be able to see things, like menues and never figured out how to make reservations

The food was exceptional. The staff was friendly. The floors in the room were not clean at all (always had to wear the slippers while in room). Pools were very nice and well maintained. It was very quiet, even when there was shows going on with loud music. There really isn't a beach area and it is mostly filled with seaweed. It is a huge complex. The wildlife on the grounds were amazing! If you like going to shows every night and doing activities this is a very nice spot. If you prefer to lounge on the beach, pick another resort. We had a great time, probably will not go back, but not sad we went.

The property is very clean people cleaning at all hours of the day and night . I did not like a lot of things, especially being harassed to purchase a timeshare, there was a letter placed in our door about leaking water into the room below us, and they needed to do maintenance in a room for three hours. I feel that we should’ve been upgraded to a different room and this was not even a suggestion or anything was given for compensation of the inconvenience. We were told that there was a shuttle that was going to a tequila tasting, jewelry shop, and two hours at the mall. This was deceiving as we went to a cheap gift shop not a mall. We would not have gone and wasted our time. As we wanted to go to an actual shopping mall with more than one store. Upon checkout Josue could not get the card reader to work and we were in a hurry for airplane just took an extra amount of time and it ended up having cash for the spa services they were extremely overpriced. I feel if he couldn’t get the card reader working after 20 minutes then it should’ve been his issue after he tried more than one card reader. The spa services I received I did not feel were enough treatment on my face for the facial. I definitely feel that the hotel did not care about all this.

Staff was absolutely outstanding. Pool with the swim up bar was full of activities and the entertainment team was incredible. Food was good, layout of the resort was wonderful too. Was in our top 3 favorite resorts!

Very nice place to take kids family relax you can find quiet or busy sports and then entertainment at night is a nice plus the food is written from average to good but it’s not inclusive so I didn’t have too much expectations. The grounds were kept very clean and the beach was lovely as well as the pools

Beautiful resort. My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary and was given a free upgrade on our room which was very nice. We really enjoyed the late night music in the lobby with the duet group. Don’t remember her name, but had a beautiful voice and took a lot of requests. We are looking forward to returning for another stay in the near future. Thanks to everyone for making our holiday special.

the property seemed to be clean. the wait staff were friendly the beach was not usable because of the seaweed.the food in the restaraunts was not that good and small portions. we were not able to get into the 5 restaraunts because of limited seating and times. we had no hot water in the shower for 2 days. I would not return to this resort again. the ratings they show are false.

This is a beautiful property and well maintained. There's plenty of food options all through the day and night. If you want just a snack or a full meal. There are no limits to a sit down meal at a restaurant, as compared to other all inclusive restrict you to 3 sit down meals, as compared to a buffet meal. The pool bar, particularly Gustavo, was friendly and had an amazing mix of drinks up their sleeve. Overall a really good vacation at this resort, worth every $.

The staff was wonderful and worked really hard… you could tell they have to put up with a lot of bad tourists so if you treat them with respect and kindness they do the same to you

Really loved this property and definitely would've given it five stars, had it not been for a very bad encounter at Ocean Burger, When we arrived, the entire area was roped off. I saw an open entrance on the backside and assumed that was correct. As soon as we entered in that way, the waiter, Francisco, aggressively threw his hands at us, and pointed to the other entrance, which as I said was roped off. A completely inappropriate response, as there was no signage stating to wait there. We then sat down and he came to take our order. We began by giving him a drink order, he then rudely interrupted us and said he was only there to take food orders. Again something we had no way of knowing.my husband then began to place our orders as he usually orders for the whole table and Francisco put his hand up to him and looked at me and pointed as though he needed me to order first. The last and final straw was when my daughters came to meet us. One of them had a swimsuit on with a dress swimsuit cover-up. He would not let her in. Even though directly next to us was a women eating wearing a bikini with no cover up. This was the last straw and I was furious by this point and let him know. He then told me I needed to calm down. After he treated us like dirt for a half hour and then was rude to my teenage daughters. That I won't stand for. Miguel at Ocean Burger, however, was a delight, as was every other member of the staff. But in all honesty. Francisco soured our entire experience.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Coral & Turquesa. The food was decent - Mexican was definitely our favourite. Had Expedia VIP benefits and got an upgrade to a renovated room (lovely), late checkout and a concierge who booked our restaurant reservations each night. That was awesome because I was a bit nervous after reading reviews that people couldn’t get reservations. We never once had an issue and ate in a different restaurant each night. The late checkout was nice. The hotel staff were awesome, super friendly and quite accommodating. We used the bowling facility and had a massage/reflexology session that was awesome. The pools were great - we didn’t have privilege and were all adults so we had access to two pools - one with the swim up bar and the other quieter pool. No complaints. It’s a bit tough to get a pool chair - people reserve them with towels early and they’re all spoken for by 7:30 am (even though there is a policy not to). The beach was really nice. Lots of activities - we were sceptical but the silent dance party was so fun! Overall our stay was great and I would go back again.

On the whole the property is very good, clean, well maintained and very good food choice. What we didn't like was that the staff did not follow the policy of removing towels from sun loungers after half an hour of non-use. This meant many sun loungers sat for hours not being used, yet were unavailable to those that needed them. There were not enough available to everyone.

For the most part my experience was excellent, the resort had many dining options to choose from. The bartenders and waiting staff were excellent. There were three pools to benefit all age groups. The beach however, was a disappointment. As much as they tried to keep it clean from the seaweed it was everywhere. I went there for the beach however ended up by the pool all week. The main buffet staff was OK but we had to ask for beverages and cutlery every time we went to the buffet. We felt a bit ignored, I believe that is something they need to improve on. Overall, we had a good time and the kids had lots of fun at the pool.
