We recently stayed at this property and had an excellent experience overall. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was well stocked with beverages, including bottled water, which we really appreciated. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything fresh throughout our stay. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the layout of the property made it easy to get around and enjoy everything. The pools were awesome — relaxing, clean, and a great place to unwind. We also found the entire property to feel very safe and well managed. The staff truly stood out. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and quick to help whenever we needed anything. Their positive attitude made a big difference in our stay. While the food wasn’t our absolute favorite at every meal, that may just come down to personal taste — we might simply be picky eaters. There were still plenty of options available, and we always found something enjoyable. The elevators were a bit small and could get backed up during busy times, but that was a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The beautiful setting, relaxing pools, and attentive staff made this a memorable vacation. We were very pleased with our experience at this RIU Hotels & Resorts property.

My family stayed here for 7 days. Check in was a breeze. I had 2 family rooms, they placed us next to each other. While checking in we were brought delicious fresh juice. The lobby was very clean they are constantly cleaning. Our rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a partial ocean view that was gorgeous! The buffet was ok. Wide variety you can find something you like. The steak house wasn't terrible but not one I'd go back to. The Japanese theme buffet was delicious my kids loved it! The Mexican restaurant also delicious but the Italian was one we got up and left. It just wasn't for us. The sports bar had great food and an amazing bartender, Charlie! He was the best, so nice and friendly! The entertainment was great for our whole family. Johnathan, johnny, was amazing. He was so friendly and got to know all of us. Amazing with the kids my middle child absolutely adored him. He was a lot of fun and entertaining. The pools were clean and warm. Lots of chairs available all the time. Beach was gorgeous with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available. This is a great little resort. Its not huge so theres not a ton of walking from one thing to another. Overall we had an amazing stay and were sad to leave.

Clean and staff very friendly, respectful and helpful. Food was great, especially the buffet. For some odd reason the shower smelled like sewage in AM. Unsure of that can be addressed, because one day it smelled pretty bad. Also wish there were more bathrooms on the property (especially in restaurants) with kids it’s a bit hard to have to leave places and walk to either lobby or pool bathrooms. But overall a pretty great place to stay.
