Service was a hit or miss. Not all restaurants are always open. The ice cream area is only certain hours.Cockroaches in our room, we had to move during our stay which was a huge inconvenience, which staff didn’t seem to care that we had to move rooms at 11:00 pm with 3 kids. Wouldn’t stay here or recommend. We’ve stayed at several resorts in Cancun and this is by far our least favorite and won’t be returning.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. Unless you are on a very limited budget and feel you have to go to Cancun. I would give this a 1 star maybe 2 star rating. The beach area is small, with a fair amount of seaweed on the beach not that big of a deal for most but some may not like it. I am not a picky or hard to please person and I would not come back here. They had many food options at the buffet but it was the same food every day. I would compare the food to a lower quality buffet of anywhere else. Anything that was suppose to be warm was cold and anything that was supposed to be cold was warm. If you want to sit down at one of the restaurants it wasn’t that long a wait to get in but once in it could take up to 1 1/2 hours to get your food even if the place wasn’t busy. The place is clean for the most part just very outdated and in need of much maintenance in some areas. They do accommodate to smaller children great though and that was an upside for someone looking for that option. If you can save a bit more money you would be much better pleased to go somewhere else.

I booked two different rooms on hotels.com they gave me a different room and could not offer me the room I had purchased and was shown as being updated and modern in the photos. My room is falling apart shows signs of water intrusion, smells of mold which is unsafe and both my husband and daughter have breathing issues. When I asked about why they could not offer me the room I had paid for the man told me those were for "Infinity" members only and could not explain how the photos got on hotels.com. I was furious. Additionally, the food is awful, the pool and facilities are totally worn and gross. The check in desk is a card table down a long hall. They failed to give us our key cards for towels when we checked in. The staff seem unaware of what real customer service is.

Nice family resort. Geared for younger children in my opinion. My teens were not bored but could have used some activities for them. Food was amazing!! Our favorite was the Italian restaurant but all was great!! We very much enjoyed ourselves!

Definitely not a 5 star property nor 4 star. I would say this is a solid 3 star resort to stay at, and that’s being generous. I felt like it was a 2, but the staff for the most part was not too bad, you had some staff that was not good, but you had some that did their job, were polite etc. I’ve stood at so many resorts/hotels, and this one is definitely one of the worst. It’s very outdated, no ac, elevators weren’t working, many attractions weren’t even open, yet we paid full price ? I definitely won’t be staying at this property again that’s for sure, way too over priced for what they have to offer. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the property looks nothing like the pictures at this point literally. And don’t fall for the Luxury travels agencies membership promotions it’s all a scam, don’t waste your time.

I had a wonderful four day stay at this resort I would have liked to see more meatless food options and also being that I don’t eat meat. I would like to see somebody not use the same spatula on my omelette as they do for bacon. Also, I was offered a Promotional thing for to listen to a like a timeshare but because I said I was not putting a deposit the same day my cabana was taken away. I didn’t come on a trip to listen to a sales pitch. Also with all the different restaurant options telling me I have to wait an hour and a half because you don’t take reservations and I have to download some app doesn’t make sense. Why would I wait an hour and a half when I could’ve made a reservation to come downstairs now. I’m just gonna walk to the buffet and eat the same thing again. You have to do better on that

Great for kids. Very clean. All the staff were great. The food was decent. Some cosmetic issues with the building, no big deal. Recommend the neon show. Overall a great value. Not really for singles or couples without kids.

I loved how most if the rooms can see the ocean they have a fantastic program for kids to keep them entertained and happy all day long food choices have a big variety to satisfy every one’s appetite.
