I had a great stay at the Hilton Hotel in Cancun’s Hotel Zone. The property is very well maintained and clean. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with daily housekeeping that always provided fresh sheets and towels. Some of the furniture in the buffet area could use an update, as it looks a bit worn. That said, the restaurants are overall very nice, and the food was consistently good. The beach area is gorgeous — clean, well-kept, and with plenty of loungers available. There were also fun activities offered throughout the day, which added to the experience without being overwhelming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, with friendly staff ready to help with any questions or requests. The service across the board — especially from the restaurant and pool staff — was excellent. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 days and had such a great experience! The staff were absolutely the best super friendly, helpful, and always made sure we were taken care of. The service all around was excellent, from check-in to housekeeping and everything in between. The food was also really good, which was a nice bonus! The only downside was that the hotel does close down pretty early in the evening, so if you’re looking for late night options, just keep that in mind. Other than that, everything was perfect and I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

The staffs looked to be very annoyed and tired. I could buy their kindness by paying tips but I've never gotten any sincere one. The rooms and facilities were very clean.

El hotel es muy bonito, el service en los restaurantes y albercas excelente, estuvimos en la habitacion 840, el baño en la regadera tenía moho, y estaban sucias las paredes en algunas partes. El baño cerca de las albercas olía horrible.

Great week spent here, loads of variety on offer from the catering and entertainment side so there was no urge to go anywhere else. Above all the staff are fantastic and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable

We’ve been coming here for two years now, we love it. We have stayed in regular and enclave both are nice. Will admit the enclave bar is nicer and more private. The steakhouse is wonderful. Staff is very nice and helpful.
