Staff are very friendly and welcoming, room is very clean and room service is great. There was just a wait during the check in because it was busy but it was okay. Lots of food and drinks! We also love the food in Noriku Restaurant.

I never leave reviews but definitely had to leave one here since I tried to discuss it with management who lied that they will reach out for 3 days and never did. Customer service is horrible despite being Hilton gold member. The staff make up stuff and can't rely on them. The management is nonexistent. Drinks are all watered down and can't taste any alcohol. Will never recommend this property, it should not even be part of hilton properties. Some of the staff are very rude and entitled/lazy. The person at the door when we were asking for taxi tried to rip us off and was going to charge us $80 one way to airport but when we told him we are getting uber instead, he told us to cancel uber and he will match the price with the taxi he has. this is absolutely not what we paid for to be in this property. They also don't have any room decorations or celebrations for birthday that is complimentary which even the cheaper hotels do. This stay was horrible. Only positive thing was property was clean.

Our experience in general was excellent. The hotel has spectacular ocean view, plenty of food choices, and friendly staff except Maxal restaurant. We had a small mashup but the night manager and the staff were managed it well and they were very nice and cooperative
