Loved that this resort offered lots of dinning options! Lots of pools and a beautiful beach front view. Friendly staff! Loved that the resort was also close to the bus stop. I didn’t like that our check in was not on time. The resort says check in is at 3pm but our room was not ready until 4pm. As well, one of the elevators was very slow. The automatic sliding doors are also very slow. They don’t open right away.

Dining options and generally the food was good. I had a quiet room, but the loud music could be heard until 10:30 every evening. The hotel was crowded so beach chairs were hard to get. Towel and drink service was nice at the pool/beach. A shout out to Enrique (Steak Res). Ivan, Gerardo, and Fanny (Italian Res) & Ignasio (Lobby Bar). The staff were all helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Food was great. Service was slow so I often got my own of what ever I needed. Often didn’t get served drinks at the buffet and had breakfast without a coffee most days. Our room was never cleaned properly and the bed were uncomfortable but the view was amazing.

The steakhouse was really good, staff were friendly, pool was clean and well maintained. Had a great time! Highly recommended!!

Needs maintenance, the roof had missing logs and the rest were held up by rope. The floor level on the shower sends most of the water towards the restroom and floods it, I told them twice and did not care to fix or seemed interested. Had to use pool towels to stop the water and lower risk of slipping.
