Hands down the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. Charming white stucco villas with red tile roofs, unbelievably CLEAN, very quiet and calm, not a party hotel, warm saltwater pools, super safe, almost like its own little village, incredibly friendly staff, yummy restaurants. Book through the resort website instead of Expedia and definitely get the all-inclusive package (even if you don’t drink) with airport transportation. My single complaint is that the air conditioner is super loud. But I cannot believe how incredible this hotel is, especially for the price.

Amazing property. Meticulously clean. Just be aware, when booking through Expedia, that you might be booking a run-of-the-mill room (NOT all-inclusive) without being made aware of the change from a all-inclusive booking. Worked well to go to the nearby Chadraui Selecti Supermarket to get groceries and use the suite’s full kitchen. Bonus to have access to the Royal Sands with unbeatable ocean views!!!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.only the beach had some sargassum on it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The room was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. My biggest complaint was the check-in process. The woman who checked us in was really unfriendly and made us feel uncomfortable with our room choice (which ended up being NOT all inclusive and all 6 of us in the suite) - which was a 2 BR with Murphy Bed - which suited us fine. The beach is small and crowded and I wouldn't stay here again.
