Convenient. Well located. Heating system is very noise due to pipes rumbling. Some rooms feel cavernous. You will receive tens of messages reminding you to leave on check out day. Very annoying messages to your phone. Zero flexibility with checking in before 4 or out after 11. I got the message: leave.

The property is steps away from downtown Canmore with easily accessible parking. The rooms have been renovated and are clean and nicely furnished. If you are visiting in the winter months make sure to pack warm socks as the room was quite chilly! I would definitely go back.

Beds and pillows are very firm, not recommended if that’s not your thing. Would suggest closing the hot tub during the weekend instead of Sundays. Location is perfect and the rate we paid was good value otherwise.

Stayed at the apartment unit and although very nice and modern inside, can’t say the same about cleanliness. Kitchen garbage can was not emptied, there was used tissue from previous guest behind the bed, and some crumbs left in the crevice of the dining table. Parking can be better. We had eight adults and two babies but still only got one parking spot. The lot isn’t big to begin with and doesn’t actually look like it’d accommodate if all units were booked up. Luckily street parking is right outside the property. The pillows for the ensuite bed were different sizes and weren’t super comfy but for one night it was fine. Shower heads for both the bathrooms can’t tilt up or down for what ever reason - some fixtures and finishing look like landlord specials. Overall it’s a nice property but it needs to be cleaner.
