Oasis in the city

Pros: The staff were really focused on making sure that everything was attended to
Location: It is very central to everything to do in Capetown
After a rocky start with a room that was too noisy (tip ask for a room that is not near the music!) our stay was wonderful. The staff were very accomodating and moved us to a different quiet room. Breakfast was beautiful and we ate it in the lovely courtyard shaded by the a vine that is reportedly the oldest one in the Southern Hemisphere that still bears fruit - if fact they do still make wine from it!

Cons: Some night time street noise
Location: Wonderful, Close to everything
Facilities: Outstanding; Value: Great deal; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Immaculate; Beds are huge & divine, felt warm & welcoming, sat around the fire in the lounge, newspapers, books mags, simply splendid.
