Hotels with Balconies in Carlsbad

Check was originally at 4pm and they didn’t accommodate until 5pm. Very disorganized at the buffet, long lines and reservations didn’t help. I would never recommend this hotel to any of my family.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. The room was disgusting and clearly had not been properly cleaned. There were cockroaches crawling around, which was absolutely unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable the entire stay. To make matters worse, there were no towels available, no real lobby area, and no management on-site to speak with when problems arose. We repeatedly tried to get assistance, but there was nobody available to take responsibility or address our concerns. The lack of cleanliness, basic amenities, and customer service was shocking. A hotel should provide a safe, clean place to stay, and this property failed in every possible way. Save your money, avoid the stress, and stay somewhere else. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
