The property is very remote, tucked into the neighborhood. Unfortunately, there was no direct access to the lake. The cabin was simple and rustic. Since we were just staying overnight, it worked out very good for us.We had breakfast at the local restaurant where we were seated on the back porch overlooking the lake. The food was excellent and a great start to the day.

Fell short of expectations

It was ok. For starters, there is not heat. There is no fireplace, even though it states there is one. There is an electric, space heater on the wall Difficult to find the place, as there is no address sign, and the road is very dark. Interior is less than finished. The bathroom door isn’t tall enough for the opening, and there is a gap at the top when it’s closed. One bedroom doesn’t have a doorknob. Privacy is lacking, overall. Outside fire pit lights turned off at 9pm on their own. This was annoying since we wanted to stay out there.
