The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The parking and the no breakfast thing was disappointing - people just park wherever and the coupons you get still make breakfast pretty expensive (~$20 per person) wish they would have an option on-site for breakfast. The balcony was awesome and the separate room was convenient for us. Nice hotel

This room was amazing! The nicest that my kids have ever seen before. Booking through Expedia helped make it greatly affordable. The front desk was very helpful and the hotel itself was clean. The waterpark was a huge perk and the fact that you could go to the other waterpark down the road also made it even more fun for the kids.

The housekeeping staff at the hotel is great! Even though we just stayed only 2 nights the staff made sure she changed the toiletries and clean the room and made the bed for us even though we did not explicitly ask for it. The hotel was clean, staff is very friendly and the indoor waterpark and arcade gaming area were great additions for the kids and adults both! I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here if i travel to Mackinaw city again!

The property and its amenities need a lot of maintenance, a deep cleaning and some work. Things like hot water and the in room appliances worked but overall the property, including the waterpark, is dated and dinghy if not dirty.
