Pet friendly accommodation in Century City

We attended HEAT event as my daughter is a dance student. Parking was good, the room was ok, the hotel was all-in-all wonderful. The most memorable part was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, from housekeeping to guest services. All amazing! I was very impressed with the friendliness and warmth. The best part was when I was assured by Nairoze at the front desk. He was super nice, and resolved my issue with ease and genuinely wanted my over all stay to be amazing. I would definitely go back to this hotel for the staff!

The staff was friendly, helpful and understanding. The location was walking distance to everything i needed to get to and easy walk to public transport. Lots of food options around and CVS so close! 20 minute walk to 2 museums and the music hall. It was just perfect for what I needed! I did even more than i expected to because of the location! 😊

Excellent centre location, big room, the valet service very good. Pool is heated and open till 11pm
