One front desk staff was super nice. The rest were beyond rude and unhelpful. Tried returning as a guest to be talked to so rude by a man with a severe complex named Matt I just walked out. Would not recommend.

Stayed one night on our way home from Florida. In a location a little distance away from the I77 but still convenient. Great front desk staff - friendly, very helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and in a quieter area of the hotel. Unfortunately at 1am some neighbours arrived and made sure everyone on the floor knew they were there. Another group departed at 4:30 am and were less than the quiet you would expect at that hour. This is not a problem with the hotel but an issue of inconsiderate guests and made for a less than restful night. Breakfast was good and staff made sure the food was in good supply and that the breakfast room was clean and neat, not an easy feat given how busy it was. Would stay again if passing through Charleston.

This hotel has no curb appeal however our king room was clean, comfortable and staff was responsive. They have a breakfast bar w/ a waffle iron, scrambled eggs, cereal and more which is enough to start the day full. The property blended into an old part of town that left much to be desired. It had a combined parking lot with the adjacent Quality Inn. They could do more to make it appealing upon arrival. There was a pool in the parking lot... would never want to swim there if for no other reason, the location. There was no information about the area provided in the room such as nearby places of interest of places to eat, shop. There are no restaurants around...only fast food. Really, it was difficult to find any restaurants in the whole of Charleston. Great for an overnight turn around but I would n't come back to this area.

Breakfast on the weekends arent until 7am, so if you are making the trip for spring break and this is your half way stop, just know you have to make a McDs run if you want to hit the road early

Great staff!

The front desk and breakfast staff were all friendly and competent. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. In the future, some updating of the rooms would improve the quality of the hotel.

We were in Charleston for Medical reasons and this Comfort Inn was a welcome refuge from being in a hospital room all day. Clean, comfortable and very reasonable.
