I plan to stay again an can accommodate me an my boat an it's a big boat an big truck so I can't really complain an there cameras do work an record an the staff was very friendly so definitely will be first choice wen I come down for fishing trips

Sink leaked. Toilet would sometimes run spontaneously. Floor was all wet with slipper soap and chemicals and covered with debris and coins. Only two towels for 4 people. No cleaning done after first night. No coffee in lobby as the advertisement said. But it was reasonably quiet and the shower worked well.

The employees are nice and I hate to write this because of that but it needs to be said. I don't scare easily and it takes a lot for me to feel uncomfortable but this place made me uncomfortable the second I pulled into the parking lot. I was being watched by the people who live there (they have hourly to weekly rates which is not stated on expedia). The hotel has a reputation and the locals know it; when my friend heard where I was staying she immediately made me go back with her and get my things. I stayed with her for the remaining of my 4 day visit without ever staying at the hotel. When we went to get my things (not 4 hours after arriving in town) there was a police officer parked in the middle of the lot just monitoring things... there was also a sign on the inside of the door of my motel that states "for your safety latch the safety lock and deadbolt while inside your room".

This place was disgusting - I did not stay after seeing the nasty room. Lumpy beds. Smoke infused.cigarette burns in the sheets…. Hirrified. I just fled.

The Roach Inn

It had cockroaches everywhere, even in the shower. It was awful. I immediately left for a refund which has not happened yet. If you like cockroaches, this is your place!

The cleaning crew did their best with what they were given by their Cheap crazy Indian Muslim ownership!! I had to stay there because of the location and Allison athe cleaning crew were very nice to my dog !! I paid every day but on a couple days I needed extra time and that miserable Indian acted like he was doing me a huge favor! One girl black girl on the later shift was useless and Racist !! The police activity crazy !!! I am so glad I am gone

Don’t stay at West Ashley Inn in Charleston

at check-in, the receptionist act like she was unhappy to see us. We had to find our own room once there it was filthy. You actually stuck to the floor. If you walked on a barefoot the shower was blackened two towels, one washcloth, and when we went to ask for more she said she didn’t have any overall terrible terrible experience
