Last minute flight cancellation

Night manager was nice. The hotel- Stained and worn carpets throughout hallways. Elevator barely worked. No soap in the rooms. Close to airport was a plus.

Wirst place I've ever stayed

From when i checked in and was told yhe cabel was out, it was down hill. All trash cans in halls overflowing. The 24 hour locked side foor was always unlocked. Nasty carpets everywhere. Spring sticking out the matteress. If i had contential breakfast so did you. Coffee machine but no coffee. Was given 1 towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 floor rug for 2 people. Went to my car gor something and was asked by another guest, i guessing, it i wanted to buy sny drugs. It smells throughout. Thr only reason i didn't leave was because i prepaid and hadv20.00 left to ky nane fir gas to get me hone, do waiting for refund to cone was out of question. This place was a disgusting hole.. i stayed awake all night so my daughter would be safe. I will not ever grace this property again.

Not good at all

Before i even got there, they tried to cancel my reservation because they overbooked. So when i arrived, my room was downgraded from a king to a twin. There were no wash cloths, no towels, no soap, no toilet paper. Sheets and pillow cases not clean. I had to buy all new things. TV didn’t work at all. Graffitti on all the mirrors in the bathroom. Carpet was dirty and smelled like smoke even though it was a “smoke free” building. Pretty sure people were living there like it was a motel. Dog poop in the hallway and an old lady camped in front of the elevator. I definitely will not be booking there again in the future

The second you step inside, it reeks of cigarettes and dirt. Going inside our room we found multiple bodily fluid stains of all sorts spread across the sheets. The once white walls are now yellow, caked in nicotine from constant cigarette smoke. I’ve never been to a hotel as nasty as this one.
