There was only one person working the front desk, I had problem with TV and she was only to fix it! The elevators were out so had to use stairs and I just had open heart surgery! Hotel old and smelled musty and no desk chair at the desk in room! The clerk was very attentive!

This is not Non Smoking room. They said yes but it is not. Smells cigarettes. Plus staff is not trained to talk with customers. In addition, loud noise throughout the premises.

The room was dusty and dirty with stains on the floor and curtains. Had we not only been there for one day I wouldve requested a different room. The hallway were humid and the elevators were dirty with trash and spilled drinks. We will not stay again.
