I’ll start this review with what I enjoyed. The staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel itself was very clean and in a prime, walkable location. I also loved that they provided free coffee and hot chocolate. Now for the things I did not enjoy. I did not like being misled by photos that no longer properly describe this property. The photos I booked based on showed that the hotel had an indoor pool, which it does not. For the price, it should definitely have a pool. I was also disappointed that I had to pay for parking after already paying to stay and support the business. The parking lot was mostly empty, with plenty of available spaces. Charging for parking in that situation makes no sense it’s like paying to park at a gas station while you’re already buying gas. There is no continental breakfast, yet parking costs $40–$50 per night. The corporate greed here is ridiculous. With that being said, I will never book here again or recommend it.

The room wasn’t cleaned overnight. For the price you pay it should be cleaned everyday unless a sign on the door says privacy.

The room was very nice. The Bed was very comfortable. Nice pillows. The problem I had was when we went to leave. We found that several vehicles in their parking garage were broken into. They had their windows completely smashed out. reasonTechnically not the hotel's fault, but is their parking garage

The room was very spacious and I loved my stay. I appreciated being able to log in to Netflix on the Smart TV, though I wasn’t able to log out and it did not automatically log out after checkout. Complimentary buffet breakfast was not included, unlike other hotels, and the cooked-to-order options did not offer vegetarian choices. It was also a bit challenging to communicate with the chef and staff as I don’t speak Spanish. Complimentary water bottles were not replenished the next day. If possible, early check-in between 10–11 a.m. on the same day would be wonderful, as I had to wait until 5 p.m. while having meetings the entire day. Overall, it was a great stay, and I will definitely visit again.
