ENTRY
As you step inside the front door, you'll be greeted by the warmth of hardwood floors that extend throughout the townhome. Welcome to the open-concept main floor living space, where you’ll find the heart of the home! The spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room all flow effortlessly into each other, making one great room for socializing and hanging out. The high ceilings (9 foot!) and floor-to-ceiling curtains add drama and class. Natural light floods into the space in the mornings, welcoming you to another wonderful day in Charlotte.
LIVING ROOM
The centerpiece of the large living room is a beautiful fireplace adorned with a reclaimed wood mantle, providing a cozy ambiance that invites relaxation and connection. The electric fireplace (with a remote for changing colors) instantly sets the mood. The large leather sectional makes the perfect spot for watching a movie on the 65” Samsung big screen TV (loaded with all the apps; no cable). Decorative pillows and throw blankets make the space simultaneously gorgeous and cozy.
LARGE KITCHEN
The kitchen, a chef's delight, is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances (including gas range for the chef in your group). With ample counter space, sharp knives, and all the kitchen gadgets you’ll need down to the vegetable peeler and rice cooker, we’ve stocked the kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

DINING ROOM
The dining room sits just off the kitchen. The large wooden dining table with comfortable seating for 6 makes for the perfect spot for casual or formal dinners. (We have a selection of placemats if you’d like to set the table for a special occasion!) Enjoy delicious meals you’ve made at home or ordered in as a group or family! (Charlotte has so many great restaurants you might decide to simply eat out and order in!)
KING-SIZED PRIMARY BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATH
The spacious primary bedroom is a true oasis, featuring a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower for the ultimate relaxation experience. The spacious king-sized bed has plenty of room to stretch out, soft linens, plenty of pillows, and extra blankets if you want to tuck yourself in tight. 65” Samsung Smart TV for watching your favorite shows from bed! The room also boasts a generously sized walk-in closet, ensuring that you have all the space you need to make yourself at home. Blackout curtains for sleep. Since you can’t all share the primary bedroom, we have additional bedrooms just down the hall!
QUEEN BEDROOM
On the second floor, you’ll also find a generously sized queen bedroom. Closet and dresser for clothing storage. Overhead fan for air flow and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep.
DOUBLE TWIN BEDROOM
One of two double twin bedrooms sits upstairs. Blackout curtains for sleeping, and overhead fan, too.
FULL BATHROOM
The upstairs full bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
OUTDOOR SPACE
There is plenty of outdoor space at this home, from the front porch overlooking the front yard to your private, fenced-in side yard.
FRONT OUTDOOR PATIO
The front patio has adirondack chairs for relaxed seating. Enjoy your cup of coffee and catch up with friends in the morning sun, or unwind in the evening breeze. Or - take it to the side yard!
HOT TUB, FIRE PIT
The private backyard — fully fenced — features a 4 person hot tub and fire pit along with a set of outdoor chairs for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine around the fire ... or in the hot tub! After a long day of exploring or traveling into Charlotte, this is the perfect retreat! NOTE: Outdoor noise is permitted only between the hours of 8am-10pm. Please only book our home if you are ready to be a good neighbor!
FIRST FLOOR TWIN ROOM
Back on the first floor, you’ll find a second double twin bedroom. There is a desk and chair in this room if someone needs to get some work or studying done with the high speed internet. Like the other rooms, this bedroom features blackout curtains and an overhead fan. Extra blankets in the closet.
HALF BATH
There is a half bath on the main floor, making our home complete with 2.5 bathrooms to go between the four bedrooms.
LARGE GROUPS
With 4 bedrooms and 8 beds, this home is perfect for large groups. Traveling with a larger group? Get in touch, as we have another 4BR house right around the corner and several other homes about 10 minutes away.
LAUNDRY
We have a washer and dryer on-site for your use. We provide laundry detergent.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Tryon Hills is a forested residential neighborhood only 2 miles from Uptown Charlotte. You'll be near eclectic restaurants, local breweries, performance venues and other bohemian haunts. Short trip to Camp North End, NoDa, and many of Charlotte's favorite neighborhood delights. 20 minutes to CLT International airport. This quiet neighborhood is the perfect home base for your time in Charlotte.
GETTING AROUND
A car is recommended but not required as Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful. No smoking, absolutely no parties. Pets allowed with pet fee and agreement to pet policy.
HOUSE RULES
NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES
No smoking, absolutely no parties. Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors will not be tolerated. Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.
NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS.
Pets allowed with pet fee and agreement to pet policy. All pets must be registered. Failure to register your pet will result in a $200 unauthorized pet fee.
We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.
We ask that each guest complete this identification process and purchase either a deposit or waiver. The $500 deposit comes with a $15 transaction fee and the waiver costs a flat $35 to purchase. These costs are nonrefundable while the $500 deposit is refundable and will be released within 7-14 days after the reservation ends.
This process is meant to protect both us as hosts and also you as a guest should unexpected damage occur on the property.
CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy will apply to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee may apply to cover credit card processing fees.
