Very clean and comfortable stay. Excellent location. Plenty of things to do and good places to eat nearby. Safe and quiet. Friendly staff. My only complaint is the shower control was behind a fixed shower door panel, so you had to step in the shower, getting wet, to turn it on. But the water pressure and quick hot were great.

Great weekend in Chattanooga

We were in town for the IBMA festival. The location of this hotel was perfect!!!! We parked our car when we arrived and did not drive again until we left town several days later. Our room was comfortable and clean. The 'closet space' was adequate for our purposes, but I can imagine someone traveling for business, or in town for a formal occasion, might have a problem. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They remembered us each time we came and went and were ready with recommendations when we asked. Our whole weekend in Chattanooga was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and new, great value. Staff genial and super helpful, with a few communication glitches. Room super clean, pretty small by standards (2Q), points OFF for barn door bathroom and shower that can't be turned on without getting soaked (contractor/design error). Ticketed for parking even though we had paid, but management was attentive and is resolving that. A good value and walking distance to Convention Center a plus.

I checked in late but the desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and quiet. Hot shower, decent water pressure. Breakfast was well maintained and a nice selection. Right in the middle od downtown Chattanooga. Close to everything.

We paid $20 to park out front of hotel for overnight parking. We left to go eat and came back. The front parking was FULL. We parked directly behind the hotel and received a parking ticket! There were no signs that this parking was not part of the hotel. I am having to dispute with parking company.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking . It was $18 a night . Free parking was on the street only . Also no free WiFI . Hotel is nice just had to pay for those things .

We were put into room 109 and told to head to the first floor. Turns out when pressing Floor 1 in the elevator, the Ground Floor is infact Floor 1 ... The room was next to an internal fire door which all guests stayong on Floor 1 had to use to access the lobby - we had a sleepless night with banging until around 4am. Fair to say the customer service was sub-par and we wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. Infact, who do I ask for to get a refund - beyond dissappointed

Very clean and convenient to everything downtown. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Desk clerks gave us info and answered questions about the area. Our second morning there was a big crowd at breakfast and the employees worked diligently to replenish food and keep counters clean. Definitely a well-run hotel with staff who put customers first!
