Good: Cool staff during day, walk to Firehouse Subs and brewery, outdoor pool that is comfortable and great chill spot, down street from gym, fair pricing. Bad: Night auditor woman was nasty, thermostat never works right (all rooms).

This is our second time staying at the Smoky Mountain Inn. It is clean and comfortable. Great location with many shops and dining options within walking distance. The beds are comfortable. Very affordable. Highly recommend.
