Fantastic location, in the best area!!! Rooms were lovely, big, clean and with a balcony. Pool area was cute. Breakfast was ok, but not great. And I had dinner once in the restaurant but I wouldn’t recommend. Staff were all very polite, and fast laundry service!

All the stuff were extremely friendly, great service, walkable area and good restaurants around the hotel. Beautiful pool and maintained clean less the whole time I was there. Will definitely go back!!!

All staff are very friendly and efficient. The food was all lovely and the pool was a great place to cool down, although we would have liked a handrail to aid getting out again. There is no designated bar area so nowhere to sit when coming back to the hotel in the evening, which meant we often purchased drinks at 7-eleven and drank in our room - this is not a negative comment, just an observation.

It’s an awesome property. Across the street from a 7 11, and a supermarket. The mountain side is awesome. The only downside is the need to get a ride down from the mountain. I missed my flight due to the wait for my ride. Also, it’s a considerable walk to the tourist areas. Need to book a grab to any of the tourist attractions.

Well-priced hotel in a fun neighborhood. While it's a bit of a hike to old town, the red buses go by frequently and you'll rarely wait long for a cheap ride. The neighborhood is full of different restaurants and shops, and even the hotel restaurant has good options. I didn't have time to try the pool but it looked very inviting and super clean.

Bathroom ventilation is poor, also the shower pipe has serious blockage which causes flood in the bathroom. The wifi is weak, the connection can’t even allow streaming of youtube video. The breakfast food quality just soso, especially the coffee is disappointing. The variety of food has no surprise.
