Staff are very helpful. Room is clean and WiFi is good. Sink faucet is too low that hands are often hit. Sign for room cleaning service regarding when to drop room key could have been clearer.

The hotel was excellent. Staff were very helpful and went the extra mile for it's customers. My room was well appointed and had air conditioning and a very small balcony. There was a safety cupboard rather than a safety deposit box which worked well. TV was new, bathroom was clean and fresh. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use the hotel again should I visit Chaing Mai in the future.

The hotel is in a great location. There are many food and shopping options nearby and it is a walkable distance to many temples and other sites. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly.

This is a family run property. They are all very friendly. Breakfast is provided in the mornings. They have a nice seating area outside. Laundry facilities for use on site. The location is very good and can walk to amenities. They sell bottles of water in the lobby for the same price as 7-11. The only thing that was an issue for us was the very small bathroom otherwise enjoyed our stay. We felt very safe there.

It was clean and comfortable stay for the price! Would recommend it as the location was quite good too in the Old City. The staff were friendly and service was pretty good. It was a simple and fuss-free accommodation, and newly renovated.
