Staff was very friendly! We never got our room cleaned during our 3 night stay. We had to call for clean towels which they brought a couple bath towels but no hand towels or wash clothes. They did not take the dirty ones. No trash was collected. We had to walk it to the can by the elevator. We did ask for our room to be cleaned but it did not happen. Coffee cup lids did not fit the coffee cups. We had quite a spill. The front desk was very friendly and did send up items as requested but housekeeping really lacked
