Other things to note
Please be aware that this is a two unit apartment building. Meaning that another person lives in the unit above. You will hear some noise from her as she goes about her day. I have never had issues with the noise as I am used to living in an apartment.

Host was friendly, flexible and responsive. The space has great natural light, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and always had street parking readily available right out front. Multiple playgrounds, library, grocery store and lots of public transportation options in easy walking distance.
