Nice place to stay at a good location,

The hotel was in a good area, very convenient to the Belmont elevated train line and close to lots of stores and restaurants, and one train stop from Wrigley Field.

Other than the location & the parking accessibility, there was nothing else I liked about the property. The whole hotel had a musky odor that lingered during our stay. The rooms were tiny and not at all reflective of the photos on the website. The shower in our room did not work, but thankfully we were able to switch rooms after the first night. Amenities were few. In fact, the free coffee in the morning was out at 9:30 and there was not staff present to request that more would be made. Lastly, we had had insects in our room as well. Considering we paid $425/night, this was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Truly excellent location!! We were here for a weekend trip to watch the cubbies! We enjoyed breakfast at Ann Sather’s right next door and loved that we were a 10 min walk to the Wrigley! Will def stay here again! Rooms are quaint and the elevator even more so, but stairs were easy! For a place to crash, the best! Great water and coffee in the lobby!!

This place was rough. The elevator has a 3-person capacity. The room was small, outdated, and grungy. I wouldn’t say it was dirty, but it needed a remodel about 25 years ago.
