The breakfast half the items didn’t work or was out of them, we had a room that let their child scream all night and they slammed doors all night. Told front desk and nothing was done. We tried to check out a day early because we had enough of it and they tried to charge us $193 to check out a day early when our room rate was only $77.

The location was great and near a lot of the attractions that we were visiting. However, the room that we stayed in was extremely small for the bed that was wedged in there. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned well between guests. And, the bed & pillows were some of the worst that we've ever had to sleep on.

Very disappointed. I’ve stayed in Choice Hotels many times & have always had a good experience, but not this time. Several times went to the front desk & no one was there. Other times attendant was sleeping. Phone not answered & no choice to leave a voice mail. Bed covers were dirty, towels smelled moldy. Completely not worth $450. Breakfast had stale bread & virtually no choices. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told he’s off the next few days. I want some compensation. I am in Chicago quite often & the location is extremely convenient but I will never stay there again.

The hotel was hosting many wedding guests and there was noise until 1:30 am. Bathroom shower had hair on wall and there was what looked like a blood stain on sheer curtain. Bed was very comfortable
