They canceled my rooms and I had to rebook after I rebooked the rooms. I was told the pool did not work. Which is why I came to the hotel for. I had already paid for the room.I booked 3 room one room refrigerator was not working and we had to get a new one. Another room the cable cord to the TV was missing and the TV would not connect to their Wi-Fi for me to be able to use it.

The fold out couch (sofa sleeper) was very uncomfortable, maybe the mattress was too thin but besides that I still give the room 5 stars

The staff at as very friendly and the actual room was nice. The bathroom needed some attention. The wallpaper was coming off the wall, the shower curtain rod was falling off and the shower wasn’t very clean. The motion sensor lights are a terrible idea. The would all come on if I rolled over in bed, and turned off while I was in the shower.

This is the second time out of all my stays at this hotel I liked my room. Room 232 was a wonderful room. I really wish staff had it in the system how often I stay there so staff can treat me like I’m valued.
