Started off rocky but the Reception Angel is truly an Angel and fixed all the problems encountered. The hotel is very clean and I felt safe! The breakfast was great, something for everyone. The hot tub and pool were a relaxing Plus! Keep it up

Not a good hotel to book a room !!!!

I always book 1 bedroom with separate living room and bedroom. Every hotel I went before had a door between separated areas. This one didn't have a door which made it look as a studio not one bedroom unit. When we get inside the room first impression we had ... everything was looking old and outdated. On top of this horrible smell. The room location, right in front of elevator with lots of traffic and noise. Not having the door in the bedroom would make us sleep ( or most likely not sleep) dealing with lots of the hallway noise. Due to non refundable rate we couldn't get money back for this junk hotel room. We had to make a new reservation in the different hotel.

A soon as we started walking to our room, I smelled a strong chemical scent. It was just as strong in the room. The next morning the scent was still noticeable, but not as strong. I went to the desk & asked them to ask housekeeping to not use any cleaning products in our room that day. The only reason I didn’t change hotels was that this was a Friday/Saturday in a busy city & I knew nothing would be available. Other than that, the staff was friendly & the breakfast was good.
