I love everything but I didn’t check the room fully when I check in. It was trash undergo the bed from the previous stay and I feel like the pool should be a lil bigger because the hotel it kind of big and my family wasn’t able to get in the pool when they wanted too

The sliding bathroom door was broken before we got there and wouldn’t close the whole time we were there. There’s no way housekeeping didn’t notice. Maintenance tried to fix it but were unable to fully fix it while we were there so we had to deal with a door that was extremely hard to close for a family of 5. The bathroom was also in need of a deep cleaning and upgrade. Other than that, it was ok.

An adamant "never again"

Hotel was in rough shape. Elevators were hit or miss on whether it would actually stop at your floor. The room was worse: broken bathroom door, stained walls, shower handle would move on its own and become scalding, the list goes on. I would add, avoid during spring break unless you like unsupervised preteens knocking on your door at random intervals. There is no chance we will be staying here again.

This is a gross hotel. The room was falling apart, everything was old and dingy, paint was peeling, the bathroom mirror slim was peeling, and the walls were dirty. Common areas were dirty. The pool is disgusting and extremely small, making it hard to enjoy. It was cheap and in a good location, but you definitely get what you pay for here. Don’t make this your spring break hotel. The crowds and long elevator lines and waits for happy hour and breakfast make it all worse.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The parking garage was convenient/easy to access. My only feedback is having a staff member monitor the pool. It was extremely busy.
