Great location. The AC worked well. Some rooms right across from fire station so bring your ear plugs- but it was mostly not impactful. They have guest laundry and a reasonably nice gym. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great location close to Michigan, theatre district, night life and trains. Would stay again

Had a great stay while I spent the week in Chicago with my college roomates. Everything was amazing! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the pullout couch left something to be desired. We booked a room with a king bed and a full/queen pullout couch (for 3 adults total). I understand it is a pullout couch, so it wasn't going to be as nice as a regular bed, but I definitely wish I spent the extra $50 (for a 3 night stay) for a 2 double/queen bed room.

Keep in mind that you're going to have to spend another 60 per night to park your car. Which means you have to drag your suitcases a very long ways to get to the hotel. It shows parking on Google maps, but it's not free and I find it insane how you have to spend 250 per night for hotel and a additional 60 per night. Breakfast was terrible you literally only have 4 options to eat. Eggs Eggs with peppers and meat Oatmeal And cereal and that's it.

The location is great - it really makes the stay worth it. So close to great restaurant and walkable to N. Michigan Ave where all the shopping and stores are. The property itself is meh at best. It’s a little dated and rooms are old. Water pressure is nonexistent. The staff are very kind and friendly. Breakfast is complimentary but don’t have high expectations. It’s good enough to start your day. There was sausage, eggs, toast, bagels, oatmeal and yogurt. Coffee was decent. We paid an exorbitant amount to stay here due to the Chicago marathon but we knew what we were getting ourselves into.

The staff was very friendly, especially Javier and Fanny in the breakfast nook. There are lots of restaurants in the area to choose from as well, and the location is fairly close to may attractions and sights. Lovely, clean rooms, the beds were comfy and the shower had excellent water pressure, even up on the 14th floor!

The customer service was amazing! Jose at the front desk helped me a lot with different things. Fannie and Javier always made sure that our breakfast services were on point and they went above and beyond with providing us with items. The breakfast quality was excellent! The area had a lot of shops nearby and the place was immaculate.
