I really liked the room we stayed in. It was very clean and room service was good! However, I think the breakfast was lacking options. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the included breakfast. I just wish there were more options to choose from.

The hotel location was perfect for the event we were in town for. Easy access, walking distace to restaurants, clubs, shopping and the River walk area. The staff were all so kind and very good at their jobs. The crew that work in the breakfast area are sensational. They sre very welcoming and attentive to everything going on there. It can get really busy sometimes, and they are so helpful. They deserve a lot of credit for making our stay even better. Thanks guys!

Hotel itself was nice and good price for downtown. Wish i would have known that the self park garage was a couple blocks away. I wouldnt have stayed there for this reason, but I imagine thats a common experience for downtown hotels. I ended up just paying extra for valet, which i would never otherwise do. Otherwise the stay was nice, bed was comfy, room was clean. They even give you earplugs if you dont sleep well with downtown city noises. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall 3 stars solely because of the parking situation. Maybe my misunderstanding...oh well!

What is going on?

This hotel is notttt worth the price. It’s insane what hotels are charging for subpar cleanliness, food, rooms, everything. It would have been just okay for even $50 a night and I paid over $300 a night. Absolutely crazy. Breakfast was gross and unhygienic, the rooms were dusty and nothing to brag home about.

overall, had a great experience at this hotel. only complaint is cost of parking - $79 a day to park your vehicle and can only be valet parking.
