The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We were in a situation with multiple grounded flights due to weather. We used the Expedia app book our room right away at a fair price before the rush of people came over. Because we pre-booked with the app we got to skip the line of grumpy customers asking for space and go straight to check in. The hotel staff knew we were coming from a long day of traveling and gave everyone in line free water bottles and snacks.
