Lovely hotel and location

This is a lovely hotel in a really convenient location in the city centre. It is well presented and very clean and tidy. The room was exceptionally nice with a great size bed for when you returned at the end of the day. Lots of space, seating and a nice bathroom. My only comment is that the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Place was great but they could not find our reservation and we had to wait for 30 minutes after a long flight at midnight for them to locate our room. Then we found out they had given away our room so we had to stay in another room and then check out and back into our actual room the next day which wasn’t ideal. They did give us a spending credit for the inconvenience but still just wasn’t ideal that late at night to sit and wait that long and for how much we paid for our room.
