Clean room. The staff were friendly and breakfast buffet was great not fancy but definitely fulfilling. The best part is location. The convenience to go anywhere anytime. Everything is nearby.

The breakfast menu was good and it was an American style breakfast which means there was more than donuts and coffee. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about Chicago and the room was comfortable except for not having heat, you know it is Chicago in January, other than that, I would recommend others to give the Whitehall Hotel a try and the CTA buses were across the street.

Room was clean, nice space, breakfast was good, staff at the restaurant were sure nice. Front Desk staff were not that nice, very dry, not good customer service. Maintenance and security staff were awesome.

I was surprised that the hotel is not that clean , the room was not clean and smells , the curtains were kinda of broken and don’t close properly, so I had to wake up in the day light and not get enough sleep . It’s a very bad experience and I would never go there .

Overall the stay was OK. Upon check in we were notified Expedia oversold the King size bedrooms and we were left with only one option; a double bedroom instead. Room was nice, beds were comfortable. My only gripe is there was no full length mirrors in the room??
