Room is small but is more than adequate. There are a ton of restaurants within walking distance and a Starbucks right next door. 15 min walk to McCormick. Walgreens across the street. Would stay here again

This property is conveniently located to all of the places I was there for. It does not have parking. It does not have valet. There’s a parking structure a couple of blocks away. Now for the room… The toilet does not flush properly. The toilet had low pressure. The water would go down but not remove the waste. The front desk offered a plunger, but the toilet was not stopped up. Pressure issue. It would be a nice touch if they offered coffee in the lobby.

As per requested, front desk assigned me a quiet room on high floor. Room was a bit old but fairly clean, spacious and quiet. I had a roll-in shower bathroom which was spacious, but there was no barrier which led to water splashing all over the bathroom floor after shower. I feared that water might run into bedroom, but front desk assured me that it would not be my responsibility if it happened.

The hotel itself it’s great. I didn’t realize when I booked that it was in the middle of china town.so many food options and shops around. The only thing I didn’t like is that there’s no parking at the hotel. You have to park down the street in a public parking lot. During the day is fine but it might be a bit dark and sketchy after hours.

Roomy corner suite. Great value but poor interior design choices. Grey sofa with brown curtains and rugs? Roomy but the door to the bathroom could not open all the way and would bump into an oversized counter. No inside restaurants but fortunately lots of Asian choices open late around the hotel.

Pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was and how friendly and helpful the staff were. The nearby public parking was spacious, secure, and reasonably priced. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. One of the best I have had in recent years.

Staying at this hotel in Chicago's Chinatown exceeded all expectations！ Perfectly located—just a 5-minute walk to Chinatown, with plenty of Chinese restaurants and supermarkets nearby, it’s a heaven for Chinese travelers. The room was spotless, with soft bedding and a well-stocked minibar. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive. Great value for money—I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Chicago！
