The hostess assisting us during check-in was quite rude and almost sarcastic when I inquired about the reservation details. She was not very helpful when I attempted to use my credit card; the card reader wasn't working, and she seemed hesitant to manually enter the numbers. Additionally, the beds were squeaky, and the sheets appeared worn and crumpled, suggesting they had been used frequently and were made of low-quality material.

Considero que el personal podría ser más amable, explicar esta parte donde con la tarifa del resort que pagas por día tienes acceso a ciertas actividades como museos y descuentos en consumo en el restaurante. Al hacer check in solo me dieron mis llaves y una tarjeta que no leí y bueno no me enteré hasta que me fui. Esa información es una ventaja al ser huésped del Westin en mi punto de vista. Las instalaciones estaban bien, la cama cómoda, de lo mejor su ubicación cerca de la playa, de la Michigan Av, del transporte público y de todas las tiendas importantes.

I was charged for something new everyday. When I booked, my total was calculated but when I checked out it was way more than expected. We only charged the room once! When we asked what the extra charges were for we were told they were holds and will be returned to my card after checkout, they have not been returned! Just beware… lots of extra fees.

This is a very nice place. The staff was helpful and friendly. Old fashioned hotel coffee maker in the room makes bad coffee. There is a Starbucks in the lobby that is horribly understaffed.
