Took advantage of the early check in option. Great communication - very clear instructions on the check in process, checked back to make sure everything was going well. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Even had a small balcony to enjoy coffee and the view. Having a full kitchen was great to save some money on meals. WiFi was easy to connect and use, had access to their business center at no extra charge. Great location - many restaurants, services, grocery and things to do within walking distance! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really a comfortable ‘home away from home’ vibe. Will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Chicago!

So many good things to say- the check in process was so easy, even though we arrived after the Kasa counter was closed. The room was easy to open and was more than enough space for my spouse and I. Finally, the location was perfect for our needs- quite close to magnificent mile and downtown Chicago.

Overall excellent property to stay at. Centrally located. Near all the big supermarkets such as whole foods and trader joes. Whole foods includes amazon pick up and drop off. Michigan Avenue is within a few blocks walking distance and the restaurant scene is easy to get lost in as it's right by all the best of the best in the city. I definitely suggest taking advantage of going to Sophia Steak specifically. They made a birthday celebration the most special it could be whilst having the best service and food. Place itself was well staffed. Everyone was willing and able to help with anything and everything. Communication was on point as well. My 2 issues with the stay: we stayed for over 10 nights and there was not enough toilet paper or paper towels to go for that long (also, low quality paper products for the price point I was paying for the place is little off putting) So I ended up buying my own stuff to use for the duration of the stay. The blinds. They are not the best quality and break VERY easily. Any time I opened the shades completely one would break off. They did replace them each time, but I think it's a bit redundant if this is happening all the time. All and all, if staying in chicago for a short or long term stay I would suggest it as it is the coziest, most chicago centered way to be and enjoy the city.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kasa. The unit was comfortable and well-appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful; they made sure we had everything we needed. Location was ideal- one block from the red line metro station- easy to get anywhere around the city. Right next to Whole Foods and very close to Trader Joe’s and Aldi too. Would recommend and hope to stay here again.

This is a bait and switch. For ethical reasons I avoid the you-know-who vacation stay app, but upon arrival it was immediately clear that’s what this is. Online it looks like a boutique hotel and claims to be a “four star” stay. It is a unit in an apartment building filled with some cheap furniture. The floor was sticky, fixtures were dusty, there was a lot of mold in the tub/shower, the blinds were broken, the mirror was hanging crooked bc it was not anchored to the wall, the rugs had stains, the stovetop was dirty, stains in the closet that appeared to be water damage, and flies randomly appeared. The location was great but that’s about all I can say positively about it. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place nor stay here again.
