Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Kasa in Chicago. The location was excellent, the apartment roomy and nice. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Our room was on the 19th floor and going up and down in the automated elevators was quick and easy. We got to watch a graduation at the church below us during a big lightning storm from our balcony on our last night which was fun and exciting. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean and comfortable. I would have expected a TV in the bedroom. Also, as I was leaving there was a plumbing problem. I texted the service number and they immediately responded. It did not impact my stay.

Stayed 4 nights in April and have zero bad things to say about the property. Very nice very large quiet apartment will all the amenities. Balcony overlooking the city from the 20th floor, easy walking distance to restaurants and the subway, plus Whole Foods is right across the street.Will definitely be staying there next time I’m in Chicago. Very highly recommended.

This location was excellent. Red line, Whole foods , Trader Joes and Giardanos all 1-2 blocks. TV was streaming only, no local channels. Area felt very safe. I used the full kitchen nightly. Great value. Super easy check in and out.

Helpful desk clerk when we arrived and what a perfect location for walking around downtown. The two bed, 2 bath hotel room was great for our girls weekend. Any problems were responded to quickly. My only complaints would be the couch was not the most comfortable and early or late check-in cost an additional fee.

It needs new window screens for the living space but I loved every room. A TV for the bedroom if I'll be picky. But everything was super clean and super comfy. 10 out of 10! I loved my stay!!
