A great alternative to hotel rooms if you are looking for some space to hang out as a family. The building has been updated with modern mechanicals such as elevators and hvac. Everything worked well. My only complaint were the mattresses which are due for a change. Excellent communication from management. Friendly staff. Fantastic location.

Property is outstanding. Comparable to coming home to a downtown condo. Well thought through in terms of amenities. Caution: the bathtub is rounded making it extremely slippery - no floor mats or handrails. My spouse, slipped and fell onto the floor. Check-in parking is troublesome. We arrived after 8:30 PM and all the guest parking was full. Folks were double parked around the area. Luckily, a spot opened up a few yards away and parked there. Walked into 1 W Superior to locate check-in ( no sign outside states Kasa). The BUILDING concierge was busy answering rapid fire questions and we grabbed a luggage cart and went back to the car to get luggage. On our vehicle was a parking ticket for $70 with a time stamp of 8:47 PM. Which tells me a parking meter reader was obviously waiting to handout parking tickets in the less than the 10 minutes we went inside to check-in, I was given a ticket. Further, no one was directing the traffic. For the double parked cars and those lingering while parked in the guest parking. There needs to be a remedy to this problem because when we prepared to leave same story only in the AM without the ticket. Would someone like to reimburse me for the inconvenience of a $70 parking ticket? And you may think I should have gone into to parking garage connected to the hotel - we had no idea on what level we would park, if there was a shared door between the garage and the hotel. Hence, the check-in parking option we chose. Otherwise, a flawless stay.

Perfection! Had everything we needed including a great location with easy access to the train, a walkable safe neighborhood near everything(including Whole Foods across the street), a very comfortable bed, amenities in the kitchen including stainless steel appliances, responsive handyman when the washer needed service and a VIEW of the city from our 20th floor balcony. Truly incredible!

Overall good experience. Bathtubs needs to be upgraded but otherwise great stay. The cost of parking is quite expensive on the street or the garage, but that is pretty consistent for most places in Chicago downtown area.

Place was great and had everything you need. Loved the balcony view. Everything is walkable, many places to eat. bed was comfy but felt too small for a queen size to sleep for a couple. TV was kind of a problem as wifi was glitching every day. Heat was not working and air temp couldn't go up more than 67 degrees. People at the front desk downstais was barely there, only saw them couple times when tried to get help for the wifi and heat nobody was ever there.

Lovely comfortable unit in a great location. All amenities you could want for cooking, washing and room to relax. Fabulous skyline view from the balcony at night. Close to the redline train station for easy travel to downtown. Millennium park and Navy pier within 30 mins walk from the unit. Loved it!

Probably the worse place I ever stayed in. The property was unclean when I first entered and there was a strong urine smell in the bathroom, with mold growing on the shower curtain. Also, it was unbelievably cold and the solution provided by the staff didn’t even resolve the issue. Overall, I became ill in this apartment and spent a lot of time cleaning. Also, a staff member entered without my permission while I was in a meeting and I was even yelling don’t come in and they still did. Very unprofessional and unsafe.

Nice, modern building with luxury touches. Minor damage and wear and tear to some things visible, (like missing blinds) but overall very clean and very spacious. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and check in and out went smoothly. There is apparently a noise sensor in the unit that is very sensitive as I got an alert while my friend and I were sitting in the kitchen eating dinner and laughing (I guess too loudly? ) which I thought was excessive since we're 2 people and were not screaming by any means. Also got one of the alerts before we had even checked into the apartment so that was annoying. Overall the property is as advertised or better, and I would book with Kasa again.
