The location of this hotel is definitely one of the best. Just one stone throw away from the Michigan Ave. All the staff, from Bell hop, valet, housekeeper and front desk were very nice. They were helpful and very courteous. The room itself was very nice. I got the corner room, so the view was amazing. It's a little smaller to my liking. It looks brand new ish, the decor looks nice but there are some aspects that looks very dated. The shower water pressure was very low, that's one of the cons. Room is definitely not sound proofed. I can hear people talking. Check in and out were very smooth and easy. I wish we can extend our stay but we were told it was fully booked. Though strange enough we can still book from Expedia BUT it says the hotel requires at least 2 nights. All in all it was great experience and a great stay. The people were definitely the highlights.

Omni was the perfect choice!

Breakfast and service at 676 Restaurant was great. Our beds were very comfortable. Internet service was always great. Taxis/rideshare services were easily available and accommodating., Mr. Mark always greeted guests as if welcoming them home. Very warm and hospitable

Ok but not horrible.

I loved that the hotel was right on the Mag Mile. It was also next to the new Harry Potter Store! It is close to the Chicago Red Line and the Riverwalk! The suite we had was very humid and the sheets were kinda damp but it wasnt too bad. Plus, there were a few rusty parts to the room and the trim/wall paint was chipping. I noticed the curtains were kinda of ragged also. The sofa and chairs were oldschool and itchy but we didnt spend much time in the hotels other than sleeping so I didnt mind too much. Easy to find and valet was great!

The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable about where to go in the city and places to dine. The only thing that I would have preferred is to have the bar and restaurant open for lunch.

The only issue was parking. I did valet but they forgot about getting our car. Yes... I asked for the car at check out with everyone else and it was mixed up. The Omni gave me a credit of $90.00, so I am very pleased with their service.

Fantastic location on the Magnificent Mile! Large and comfortable suites which accommodated our family of four well. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was really good for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

The only issues were 1st world problems. Blinds had dents and holes. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was too weak. Some of the remote control blinds didn’t work, iron kept dripping water.
