Worst hotel ever. Hard to believe it was a branded hotel. The mattress was stained, the blanket had burned holes, the walls were scuffed up, lights were out. I needed to call the front desk due to noisy neighbors and the room phone did not work! The rubber matting on the outside steps was partially missing and i stumbled down the stairs on exposed screws. The only bright spot was the guy working on the cleaning crew - very helpful - they need to give him a proper uniform so he looks like he works there. I am pissed that such an awful hotel was avaiable in hotels.com. Clearly there are no standards at this hotel, and it was a waste of money. You dont have to take my word for it, I took pictures. And have more than I can submit in this app.
