really sad, since I had booked once with them and everything was fine, on the second occasion, I booked a premium room because I was taking my family too, in the services it said that the room had a microwave, it did not, it is only 1 microwave shared for the entire Motel, they offer television service, something basic, it was paid, and when the day of your reservation arrives, and you are in your room, the TV does not work, and they say, ohh at the entrance of the hotel, a paper says that the television probably does not work, and simply and simply they do not change the room. CONCLUSION: It is NOT worth paying for a premium room, because they do not respect the services they offer, that is, they deceive you, they should put it from the beginning, and two, I had the bad experience of finding 3 cockroaches in my room, I felt very sorry for my family, and definitely although they are very close to the location where I travel, I will not book again at this location

They need to properly clean their bedding/towels, floors were not cleaned, mold in certain places of room, no updates on room, I get that it’s a Motel 6 but come on yall.. Also had a horrible experience when we first arrived and manager did not show sympathy. Please be careful booking here , I understand it’s a cheaper rate. But never staying here again.

NEVER AGAIN!

Toilet overflowed, couldn’t call office for assistance because no working phone in room, No working TV Unable to use washer & dryer because card reader remained inoperable entire 4day stay off could care less - finally sent work order middle of day 3rd day, still not working day 4 - told at desk no idea or timeframe it’ll just be when 3rd party can fix! Their reply to everything is…”sorry, you can go somewhere else if you want” - unbelievably rude and indifferent. Not even a mattress cover on my bed, just an old thin sheet. NEVER again!!!
