Really enjoyed how close the hotel was to the entertainment district that had lots of bars and restaurants so gave an airport hotel plenty of options! Hotel itself was good, comfortable beds and obviously very convenient for the airport with shuttles to and from.

Hotel was very good, close to airport, but not affected by any noise. Could see the planes landing on one runway fairly close to hotel. Room was very good, comfortable and clean. Access to Chicago downtown was easy via CTA from O Hare via hotel shuttle or Rosemont, walkable in 15 minutes, or by Uber in a few minutes.

Property needs a major renovations. Upon arrival to the room although clean was a used water bottle, scuff marks on the wall, terrible wifi service and toiletries need to improve. Elevators were old and buttons barely work. Additionally was not notified on booking of $50.00 deposit per night incidentals which should have just been usual $50.00 total as it was a short stay. Would appreciate some sort of reimbursement as the overall stay was not satisfactory.
