The front desk check-in was excellent. I showed up early after a red-eye, they found a room quickly with a reasonable early check-in charge. The front desk recognized that parking was limited and made accommodations. Ver efficient and friendly.

There was a dog in the next room, could’nt sleep every night. Told front desk staff about it and they said they can’t do anything about it because if they paid a $100 extra to bring the dog there. Ruined my stay there couldn’t sleep every night

At check in the line was over 10 people long. Only two people working but they were taking too long. Stood in line over 20 mins. No parking that was close to hotel. Actually there was ,but that lot was blocked off. Room was worn out. Old mattress dings and paint chipped on furniture. Bathroom cubbies where towels were stored was dusty. the outlet in the bathroom was old and plug for hair dryer kept falling out. The best thing about the room was the air conditioner. What's wrong with this property?? Yuck. Won't ever be back.

The Rosemont Theater is right across the street. Mall and shopping within walking distance. Shuttle from and to airport. Hassle free.The frontdesk and staff were great, extremely nice and helpful.

Hotel has been upgraded at least room wise. Hallways around rooms and lobby still could use a bit of a face lift. Website lists 4 restaurants for the hotel. There are only 2. Very noisy housekeeping workers and just noisy in General between the airport, the road, housekeeping and other guests. I’ve stayed in worse places by all means. Just not sure this one would be my first choice when I’m in Rosemont again.

When I checked in Friday, the parking lot was full. I was told they didn’t anticipate this many people. When someone finally left after circling around for an hour, the gate wouldn’t work. It wouldn’t open. I buzzed and called and was finally let in but I didn’t receive a ticket. One was give Tim me at the front seat. Next day, we are waiting for the elevator (Saturday) none of the elevators were working. Mind you, it was 93-97 degrees that day. HOT. My kids and I had to use the stairs and we were DRENCHED. There was a church event happening in the area and these older ladies had to take the stairs to the 6th floor! ABSURD. You would think fixing the elevators would be a priority right? WRONG! Next day Sunday when everyone is checking out including the church folks (at least over 100 of them), there’s only TWO working elevators! It is still hot so my kids and I had to grab our luggage and use the stairs. We were drenched. I tell the guy checking us out that the elevator went out late Friday early Saturday and he wasn’t even aware. His words “I didn’t work this weekend so I had no idea.” I ask him so no one told you? He said no. Way to relay information. Remember when I mentioned priority? SMH He ended up comping one of my parking which was like $35. Not enough for the inconvenience we had to deal with. The hotel was also run down and you can tell it’s old with no recent updates. Makes sense why the elevator was out of service all weekend.

Had no key to my room so they changed my room then my key didn’t work so I was keyless and unable for us both to the leave room at the same time without having to get someone to let us in our room. Parking is $29 a day and not listed on their website. Also there is a $50 daily deposit that is t posted on their website either. We weren’t expecting these extra charges being we paid through Expedia. They have garage parking and not enough room. Also if you go out on the patio you have no way to get back in the building. You are then locked out and have to wait for someone to come a long and let you in or walk around the building to get back in there is no key access either. Only 3 of the five elevators worked. The pool area isn’t that great. Plus the bar over looks the pool directly.

Great Stay As Always!

Love staying here, Staff is always so accommodating and helpful with all our needs. And a great place to stay that's close to all the events at the Convention center and Theatre!
