The hotel was nice. The Concierge was wonderful. She didn't have the room that I booked, so right off the bat she gave me a free upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. I loved the bathtub. It wasn't a jacuzzi tub, but it wasn't the small, standard size tub that many tooms have. It was actually a deep tub and much more accommodating for am adult! The room had a separate living room and bedroom, with actual locking doors in between, which was ideal. A fill sized, walk in closet and full size, floor to nearly ceiling, length mirror. The room had not one, but 2 doors to exit out of and the bedroom had a king size bed, desk and chair, as well as bedroom furniture. There was a flat screen TV in both the living room and bedroom. I was very happy. Strangly though, there aren't isn't a vending machine anywhere within the hotel to be able to get a small or drink after hours. Valet parking is outrageous, but it's convenient! I'll definitely stay there again!

Room was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom when i arrived. I cleaned the bathroom myself. There waa trash from previous guest left on floor around the platform bed. For the price of this hotel i should ot be cleaning my on room. When tbe hotel has a PAID staff for this purpose. Very disappointed.

Rooms are clean, simply decorated, decently sized. You will hear room-adjacent plumbing. Guest fees are high ($99 for 6 bottles of water … didn’t use drink coupons or bfast). Staff clearly just tolerate jobs. I was “nodded” to just leave room key at desk in am vs a formal checkout. Great location. Valet efficient.

In general the visit was good. It was only let down by the air conditioning, which was very noisy all night. No matter what we tried we couldn’t get it to stop. Which after a long day and flight to the states. Was the last thing we needed, something that hindered rest.
