Updated Chicago Bungalow on a Beautiful and Calm Neighborhood Greenway Boulevard

A spacious updated bungalow at the beginning of the beautiful quite boulevard.
The house is on beautiful Wrightwood Neighborhood Greenway.

Kelvin Park is a block away and is a great park for kids. It includes play area, basketball court, soccer court, sprinkler area, running and bike paths.

For all the train enthusiasts and kids a 4-5 car train passes right next to the house twice a day Mon -Fri between 12-5. Since it goes into a train yard it doesn’t sound a horn so it’s easy to miss!!! It’s always nice to see and feel free to wave at the conductor.

The house is located on the beautiful boulevard and it’s hard to believe you’re in the busy city, but don’t let that fool you of all the things around the house.
Within walking distance: Starbucks, McDonald’s,Aldi, Walmart, Chase Bank, Dominos, KFC
Within a short car ride away you have everything else you can think of.
Logan Square Nightlife and amazing restaurants. The greenway bike path right infront of the house or Chicago 606 minutes way. Since the house is central to Chicago 20 mins to Downtown (no traffic), O'Hare airport, West Loop. 20 mins to Lakeview, Wrigleyville, Boystown, Logan Square, Bucktown & Wicker Park. (20 min)

The back yard space
There is a large backyard with games located in the back porch free to use. We just ask to put them back once your done. The gas flat top is located next to the house on the east side for any outside cooking. Great seating area for sun bathing and porch area with shade to enjoy the outside.

Second Floor ( the stairway to the second floor is a bit narrow and has 14 steps. Anyone with mobility issues is recommended to use the bedroom on the first floor)

Very pleased all around with this stay...great space and location. Nicely appointed home on a very pleasant boulevard, great dog friendly neighborhood. Marco was super responsive with communications. Caution on steep steps to the upstairs bedrooms if you have a senior in your party. Loved the dining area and front room feel. Would definitely recommend and go back!
