We came from out if town and choose this hotel because of the amenities that were offered on the website. We arrived and the pool was filthy green color with a tarp over it and we weren't even told it was not working at check in. The TV in the room was stuck on HDMI and when i inquired about it, they could not fix it and said maintenance would come fix it. We waited 3 days and it still was not fixed. I asjed to be moved to a different room or be given another TV and was told they could not do it. Upon check out i let them know that i needed to be compensated for everything that was wrong and still not fixed. They said they just purchased the property 15 days ago and did not have time to fix all the issues. I will be contacting corporate to get my money back. Do not book a room at this hotel, you will be very disappointed.

The hotel is fine, but we had a problem: they closed the floor where I was staying for a private event and wouldn't let me into my room. They also had music from the celebration playing right in front of my door.

Bogus As Hell

With a name like Wyndham Garden I thought this was going to be a respectable joint but I was wrong… The first room (400) I stay in is nice and clean but the bed is just hard as a damn rock, still gave it a try but ended up having to switch the first night. The bed in the second room was fine but they put me right next the elevator. And get this, it looks as though someone pissed or spilled a drink almost all over the walls and headboard of this room. I literally don’t know how housekeeping doesn’t see this. Especially because the second room (426) is, like I said, right next to the elevator. On top of everything, starting after the first day my room card would also stop working so I had to get it fixed EVERY DAY, no joke. Was also told check out time was noon on my itinerary but then saw it was 11? Anyway, moral of the story this place is a literal joke and I have never said that about any hotel. You have to sign your life away to stay here but I never felt safe once. Maybe it’s because I was right next to the elevator. Or maybe it was the crackheads lurking just outside. Wish I would have spent my money elsewhere. Do better, “Wyndham Garden”.

Room was very hot when I arrived even though the room was prepaid because I knew I would be a late arrival. It took over an hour to cool it down and the air conditioner was very noisy. It would have kept me up if I had not been as tired as I was. No coffee cups in the AM so I had to retrieve the room ones. Not a place I would return to.

Poor air conditioning, no breakfast; hallways appeared dirty. Handicapped accessible shower allowed water to run out onto bathroom floor. Not enough towels. Coffee pot wouldn't work but great assistance from desk clerk! No tissues in the room. King bed had metal box springs support that injured my wife's ankle.

Fire alarm went off in the morning, sheets seemed dirty and broken down, paint chilling off ceilings and what looked like boogers wiped on the ceiling near shower. Ice machines were not woeking and when I asked for help I was asked why type of towel I needed which had nothing to do with my request. Air conditioner in the room was set to 60 but theres no way it was any colder than 70 in there. The hallways were so hot as well as lobby.

The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Some of the furnishings though are getting frayed at the edges and there don't seem to be enough enough luggage carts in good repair. Also, the pool has not been brought back into service after covid. Additionally, there's no Continental breakfast. Additional handicap parking spaces would be nice when at capacity.

The hotel use to be wonderful. Now its awful. Dirty room, bugs on the ceiling and sheets looked lie soneone slept in them right before we arrived.

I checked in late and woke up to find the bathtub had been left filthy and covered in the previous guests body hair. COVERED. I was told my room would be reversed and I wouldn’t be charged but that didn’t happen. I don’t normal do reviews unless the situation isn’t made right. Caution advised
