My reservation had been canceled before my stay so I booked at another hotel. 5 days later this hotel charged my credit card the entire amount if the stay and refused to reimburse as this is their ‘no show policy’. I have the email showing that the reservation had been cancelled from Expedia yet the manager refuses to work with me.
