Mistakenly number of guest in my reservation. Obviously a 2 queen bed will fit family of 4. But was charge $23.00x2 for my additional family member. Hotel rooms need upgrading. 2 days in a row - many guest waited to have hot food to replenish when run out. Room bathtowels are thin and frayed on edges. Otherwise front desk was pleasant and helpful

Family Vacation

This is my first choice for hotels in the Vancouver area. The location is good with plenty of shopping and restaurant choices in the area. The rooms are clean and well kept and the breakfast is very good. The wifi is good and the free parking is nice except the parking lot fills up fast.

We got the deluxe room with the Jacuzzi, which we didn’t need, but it was the only room they had when I booked. It got up in the morning, filled the water in the Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi did not work. A little disappointing also the pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable all in all it’s a really great place to stay would recommend.

It is older but for the price it was good! Friendly staff. Rooms were nice size and comfortable. The option to cook in your room is helpful! The mold in the bathroom and the lack of healthy options for breakfast are our only complaints. Would stay again!

I booked this hotel as a stay over as we were attending the local airshow having to take a ferry over. We weren’t even off the ferry yet in the morning when the hotel started calling me for a valid credit card number. When I book on Expedia, I will often use a Visa debit or account that I have control over as I’ve had problems with hotels in the past double charging, etc. as we were driving off the boat, the hotel called for the first time requesting a card number. This was early in the morning the hotel called multiple times until I was able to hear an answer my phone at the airplane airshow where upon the manager or front desk was incredibly rude about requiring the credit card number. This was prior to check-in time. This was prior to our physical arrival at the hotel. It was completely unnecessary. Check-in was short and the hotel was full and we wandered down for breakfast around 9:30. There was nothing left the staff when we asked if there were more eggs, sausages, etc. we were simply told no this is not what an included breakfast means to me and this is why I specifically book hotels with breakfast included. I have children it gets expensive and it’s easier to have a one and done in one building then racing around a town. I’m not familiar with. The sink and bathrooms were not dirty, but they were not clean with hairs and coffee staining visible. The beds may as well be display beds as they are hard as a rock. The linens feel like cheap polyester curtains.
