Room was very small at 10 sq meters. Bed was against the wall and raised. Under the bed was the only place for your suitcase. If you needed to access your belongings you had to pull your bag out. I now have a sore back. The bath room was very compact, with a toilet that only flushed about every 3 times. The sign said to push firmly, so that must get them out of fixing it. The room didn’t have any windows. The good things are a very quiet room, great for sleep-ins. The hotel was very close to the main district area and bus depot. Would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is right in the city centre and close to all the shops. The room was not large but storage space under the bed means all luggage can be stowed there. Tiny bathroom but very good shower. Would definitely stay here again.

I checked in late between 9.30-10.00pm, went to hop in the bed and pull the blanket back, only to find out the bed look slept in. The sheets were muffled and not tucked in correctly. I felt like I was in someone's room which made the whole experience feel dirty. So disappointed. The only reason for not giving one star was because of how quickly the staff rectified the situation and placed me in a different room. Sad really ....

Convenient central location on Cashel street, close to restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions. Rooms are small but comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable rest. Good breakfast! Staff are friendly and accommodating, however will only allow you stay past 10am if you agree to pay an hourly rate for each hour you stay past 10am.
